Unfortunately we hired JII Fine Homes to renovate my second floor bathroom, we chose this company base on the promise time (5 days)
Today is day 32 of renovation, job still not completed yet but things turn ugly (you will see the photos that i attached). On Saturday August 15, Jim again came to correct all the issues, electrical, pluming, caulking and so on....
While he was working on the bathroom upstairs, the water was pouring down through my kitchen. He then said "sorry, it happened because a loose shower faucet, i will fix it now" He said he will take responsibility by painting the whole first floor ceiling even though the damaged need to address not just to paint over it. Next day August 16, one hour after i finished my shower, again the large amount of water pouring down through the kitchen but this time it was on the different spot. I had to call a license plumber to come and check, it turned out the leak was from improper installation of toilet, shower faucet, also the bathroom vanity. It cost me 1,400$ just to fix the plumbing that JII Fine Homes did. When i questioned JII Fine Homes regarding copy insurance certificate of his company and a copy of worker compensation certificate, he is not willing to provide these information, which leads me to believe that he does not has insurance
JII Fine Homes is a company that unreliable, hardly show up, poor workmanship. They did not complete my bathroom renovation but also destroyed my first floor of my home that i recently renovated one year ago which cost me 175,000$
Now we are hiring an attorney to pursue legal recourse against JII Fine Homes. We are in the process of contact Real Estate Council of Ontario filing an ethics complaint due to unethical realtor behavior. Also we are going to contact the Better Business Bureau (BBB) to file another complaint to report about this company.

Too bad that i am not able to attach a clip video when 4 liters of water pouring down from my kitchen ceiling.
I already paid 60% of the service and now still could not reach them (Not responding my text messages). They left me with no choice but hire a good attorney to go after his company.
I am contacting social medias to make other home owners aware of the incompetence of JII Fine Homes
I WILL NOT RECOMMEND JII FINE HOMES
As Jim responded that my house is 100 years old.
I also attached images on my main floor of the house that we just renovated last year which cost me 175,000$.
Oh, by the way i did not mention that Jim also forgot to install a tub spout for my bathtub. LOL
- Company Response
This customer’s house is approximately 100 years old. We were hired by this customer to do their bathroom. We finished 90% of the bathroom. We asked for payment and the customer refused to pay. They complimented me on the work I did. We had to do the final finishing of installing a faucet (which the customer had ordered and took a some time to be delivered). The faucet came with parts missing. The customer went to the hardware to buy another faucet. They called my phone shouting profanity saying no one at the store knows what they were doing. I went to Home Depot, chose two high end faucets, placed it on the floor, took a picture and sent it to them. I went to the house, installed the faucet. There was a little leak. I took care of it and dried up the water. When I left the house, there was no leak. On a Sunday afternoon, the customer called using profanity in the presence of my kids. I offered to go with my plumber to investigate the problem. The customer refused to let us in their house, saying no to come back there. They hired a third party plumber and sent the bill to me.
