Paul from TG Reno did a solid job, moved plumbing and installed a linear drain, installed Schluter waterproofing Kerdi membrane and Ditra, recessed and sloped the 4' x 6' shower floor, and tiled the shower base, 2 walls, and the bathroom floor (11' x 17'). The tiles were installed with attention to detail, and the bathroom is impeccable. He took his time, and it was the little details like matching the tile patterns, polishing the cut edges, mitre cutting the niche tiles, etc that really stand out. His price was very reasonable compared to the other 5 quotes that were COVID-inflated.
Highly recommended, would not hestitate to hire Paul again.

I first got in contact with Paul this past April to get a quote on a bathroom renovation. I contacted him because of the good reviews I saw online. Paul responded very promptly with a detailed quote. Although we deferred our bathroom renovation to later in the year, i contacted Paul again recently to quote us on work for replacing the flooring and updating kitchen backsplash in a condo. Once again, Paul was very prompt in quoting us and met us at the property to review what was required. We hired TG reno to remove/dispose the existing flooring, install new underlayment and flooring/baseboards etc and to remove and replace the existing backsplash in a galley kitchen. We found Paul very pleasant to deal with, always accomodating and easily reachable (which in our experience, with some other contractors, was not the case). The work was completed in the time expected, and Paul went the extra mile to address some issues that were not his fault (like an uneven floor) that took him extra time to deal with. We will be having Paul come back to look at our next project (our delayed bathroom renovation) based on our good experience with him.

My general contractor referred me to Paul for my ensuite and main bathrooms tiling - including one walk in shower area in the ensuite, a full bathroom (main floor area and steam room floor, walls and ceiling) and a laundry room floor. I had unique requirement for a random pattern of different tile patterns and Paul was very patient with me as we figured out how to make it work. The end result is stunning, looks very natural (even though I know Paul labored over getting the look right to my fanatical requirements) and it gets lots of great comments. I sanity check all quotes and Paul's prices were competitive and match the standard of the finished result. Thanks Paul for your patience and attention to detail.

Hired TG Reno for a second time after a complete bathroom renovation in 2019. For the second time, I was extremely satisfied. Paul is very professional and reliable. He did an excellent job in a very timely manner. We were able to use our kitchen in a couple of days and continue with further installations. He met all of our expectations and answered all of our questions. He also provided us with advise and suggestions throughout the process, which resulted in exceptional results. Overall, I was very satisfied with the work. I would hire Paul for any future renovations for a third time.
