Extremely satisfied with on start windows and doors, best quality and installation services. From the first visit to get a quote Vlad was very knowledgeable and helpful , he showed us examples, colours, type of glasses- we were very happy that he was able to answer all our questions and didn’t hesitate to explain everything in detail. The installation day Boris came and again, was a very good experience, they went above and beyond to make sure our new windows were installed properly, Boris and his crew made sure our floors were covered and were very polite and professional- at the end we
did a walk through and he showed us everything that they did and made sure we liked it and we were happy. I can highly recommend them to anyone looking to get windows and doors, very happy with their work and we get tons of compliments from our neighbours on our new windows.

My house was built in 1994 and although the windows were vingl I found the seals on some of the windows were going. My neighbour and I contacted Vlad at Onstar, as well as 3 other window/door companies. Vlad was professional, honest and gave good advise about what to go for. His price was also the best. We waited 3 months for the windows (delays due to Covid) and Vlad always answered my call when I wanted an update. The day of the install the installers were professional, clean, polite and did my house in one day which is what I had requested. I am so happy I chose Onstar Windows and Doors Inc and I have referred my friends to this company

We capped off our renovation with brand new windows throughout the house. We chose On Star because of their favourable reviews and detailed website. Vlad was great to work with. He communicated well through the process and guided us step by step. He was very accommodating and understanding of our inexperience with renovations. He patiently answered all our questions. Elena visited our house and made sure our order was correct. The entire process was organized and professional. The installers were incredible — they completed the entire installation in one day (13 windows and 2 doors!). They even found time at the end of the day to paint over any silver nails that showed themselves. Very happy all around! Windows are a big investment and having pros like Vlad and Elena makes it so worthwhile. Highly recommended!

I was refferd to Onstar windows fom a contractor friend of mine. Just want to say that I had an amazing experience with vlade . He was professional from start to end . I was promised a date for installation and although we had a week delay, Vlade was quick to reassure us . He explained that the factory did have a delay. Based on My research with other suppliers, we learned that the pandemic has really affected the supply chain ,so we were prepared to wait. Vlade always picked up and when he couldn't, I dealt with Alex. I will definitely recommend their service, both my wife and I are happy!!!

Vlad did an amazing job at my house. I contacted him in 2019 to replace my door. Vlad discussed all options and helped me choose the right door for me. Vlad is super friendly, positive and creative.
I called him back last week to replace my front door. He is very attentive.

Had Alex from On star come out for an estimate he showed up did some measurements made some comments on not asking for the gov rebates “worst thing a homeowner could do”. He told us he’d give us a good cash deal and wrote up the quote. He asked for a 100.00 deposit which we said we’d discuss first then contact him. A few weeks later 2 guys from his shop showed up unannounced pounding on our front door quite loudly. We called the office to ask what was going on, this was apparently the final “measure” for the windows and now we had to pay the deposit of 100.00. I asked to have Alex call me back they said he would. About a week later he did call and I sent him the 100.00 in an email transfer. He stated they would be back to install at or near the end of July. July 14 I texted Alex as to when they will be coming he responded will get back to you ASAP don’t have that info yet. 2 more weeks go by and I text again about when they are coming, it’s now Aug 10 and I’ve heard nothing back. Don’t waste your time or money on this company - 100.00 lesson learned the hard way

Absolutely positively without question we will always higher On Star Windows and doors for all our windows and doors needs. We have in the past purchased windows and installation from other *VERY REPUTABLE LARGE COMERCIAL* companies that also have good ratings on Home Stars and we truly truly wish that we had gone with On Star Windows and Doors instead. They were 100 times better than the other companies when it came to:

1) Customer service
2) Care of detail and patience during the planning phase
3) Punctuality
4) Superior care in all the details and overall quality of the installation

We learnt from past bad experience that buying windows and doors is WAY more than just picking out the windows with a high energy rating and looking for a good price from a good company. There are so many more things that are extremely important. On Star Windows and Doors delivered on all aspects of the process and far exceeded the competition and our expectations. All of the big windows and doors companies are relatively competitive with one another on price but On Star's customer service and quality of installation sets them far apart from the others. We would gladly play a premium for their superior customer service and professional and perfect installation but their prices are also very competitive with the other companies. As such, you are getting a much higher quality installation and experience with On Star.
