Vlad was superb and has a very genuine spirit. Compared to other companies we interviewed, he didn't try to pressure us into extra products (SDL, grills, colours, full-frame replacement, etc) that we didn't need, he was patient with giving us time to think through our options, and his prices were competitive (the other companies quoted higher and some quoted double which was shocking). We chose full-frame replacements for the bedrooms and retrofit for everything else. Vlad installs the windows himself with a crew. He foam insulates retrofit windows in addition to full-frame windows which is a perk and he also foam insulates in the vinyl cavities. The VinylPro windows he uses seem sturdy (fusion-welded and made with pure vinyl and SuperSpacer seals) and have nice detailing. Both Vlad and VinylPro are Window-Wise certified. Vlad and his crew came on time, they where efficient and very polite. They replaced most of our old windows with brand new windows! What a difference it made keeping our house warm in the cold.

I had a great experience with Window Doors GTA! Vlad came by the day after I called the company to give me a quote. He was very well informed, honest and professional. He clearly explained all my choices and did not pressure me to make a decision. His pricing was very fair (considering the quality of the window) and he had the fastest timeline compared to all the other companies that I spoke with. On installation day he arrived on time and did a great installing the window effectively. He tested everything, made sure I was satisfied with the job and reviewed his warranties with me before he left. Dealing with contractors is usually stressful and frustrating but I am happy to say that working with Vlad was a very pleasant experience. My window wad installed well, on time and for a fair price.

The entire experience with Windows Doors GTA was fantastic. First of all, I reached out and received an outstanding consultation on the phone. They explained to me what types of windows exist, what my options are, are gave me some specific recommendations. We arranged a visit, they came and took the measurements. On the same day, we had a quick conversation to confirm the specs of the windows I was ordering, I provided a small deposit and the order was placed. Shortly after, I got a call back and we arranged a specific installation date, just a couple of weeks out. Before the install, they gave me a call just to remind me that it's happening. On the day of the installation, they arrived on time and the team worked fast, clean, and efficiently. The windows look fantastic. All moving parts work amazing. This entire instal could not have gone better. I will definitely hire Windows Doors GTA for my next project.
