Liftime

I called Liftime to replace the spring on my garage door. They responded very quickly and it was abundantly clear that the service man (Michael) knew what he was doing. He assessed the problem and repaired the door all within 20 minutes, and to my satisfaction.

The job was completed pretty quickly and the garage door works exactly as expected. The contractor was really good about explaining how the system works and how to change the settings on the system if we desired to in the future.

Overall very pleased with the work.

Company was contacted on Saturday, 12 May 2018 at 4 p.m., by 4:30 p.m. someone arrived in order to the requested work. A quick inspection was conducted and recommendations were made for future upkeep requirements. Service was extremely fast and well explained throughout the process. Very impressed with the service provided, on such short notice, and will use this company again in the future for any further requirements. Will highly recommend to anyone requiring prompt, reliable service in the future.

The weather stripping retainer needed to be repaired, Michael not only ensured that it was fixed but provided a more secure solution and fixed other parts that weee rusted and were going to break as well. He was prompt and very professional. Very pleased.

A wonderful gentleman showed up (Michael) and was so helpful. He was efficient, well priced and did a fabulous job!

Our garage door wouldn't open properly because of a broken spring. Michael from Lifetime responded very quickly; set up a time and came and replaced not only both the springs but also parts that were rusting and would break down in the near future. Michael was very friendly and efficient and described the work he did and showed us how to maintain the door properly in the future. Would highly recommend him and his company to anyone.

Spring broke on the garage door and door wouldn’t open more than a few inches - with my car stuck inside the garage. I was trapped!! Service within a few hours for a reasonable price. And very nice and friendly too.
