Unfortunately you'll only find this review after searching for the phone numbers 647-308-3319 and 416-471-6913. By now, you've realized you just got taken for a ride.

After arriving two hours late and presenting a contract that was different than the quote over the phone, these movers demanded money from my senior in-laws before leaving the pick-up location. They unfortunately paid them in advance, against better judgement.

Upon arrival at the drop-off - an apartment building with elevator - they unloaded all of their belongings in the lobby and when my father in-law went upstairs to open the apartment, they left them high and dry.

Of course, they didn't answer the phone when they were called.

These are dishonest people. Absolutely avoid using these thiefs.

We unfortunately went through exactly the same experience as everyone else. We regret not doing enough research. Quoted $500 and were forced to pay $1400 otherwise they would hold onto our things. They charged us an extra hour for the workers to drive to work and home...: the workers complained the entire time and spent more time smoking and drinking water than moving our belonging. To move the job along, we ended up loading and unloading all the boxes ourselves. Horrible service from Mike, he lacks insight into customer service and threatens to hold onto your valuables until to pay this absurd cost. I advise all previous clients to contact the police and Canada Revenue Agency. They dont provide an hst on their invoice and the one the give is invalid 8#'s instead of 9. So essentially your paying for 13% tax for it to stay in his pocket. Also, the police advised in the future that if anyone threatens to hold onto your belongings, call the police.

Please do not use this service.The initial quote on the call with Rana was $45 per hour which would round up to $400 considering 8 hours.they came 1.5 hour late and then rushed us .. they took frequent smoking breaks 15-20 minutes long.Then just before leaving for the destination they gave us a bil double the cost with an extra 20% service charge.. n forces us to pay befire they leave so we had to pay.
And after offloading our thinhs they abandoned us and fled.

Worse experience ever. Originally spoke to Rana at 416 721 5614. Originally quoted $45 an hour for TWO movers + an additional $45 for the travel charge.
Final invoice came out to $1010 that included absurd charges like $180 for "heavy items" (none of the items were weighed) and $70 for going down 5 steps of stairs.
Movers told me to talk to their boss "Mike" at 647 308 3319 and of course did not want to listen and just said "I trust what the movers bill you"
Never trust Kijiji movers.
Watch out for these 3 numbers.

The worst people ever to deal with , one person named Mike I guess.. have any manner and che-ating people by putting wrong ad in Kijiji(Kijij ad calls are handled by a person named Rana ). They just load my few boxes and lightweight furniture and told need 745 dollar and told wont move unti I pay full. They were using abusive words and threaten u . the driver was smoking all time even I warned I have asthma. they delayed the whole work for 5 hrs ..
So they tricks are: They come late , so in hurry we will forgt or dont read the contract
they will ask for 300dollar deposit(agreed 200 on phone) and say will give back remaing amt.
complete the loading , and then start threatening.
Note for the movers: Dont think tat u won by che____ating people..you must suffer one day trust me guys..

I had the worst experience dealing with this company who charged me $700 to move less than 10 items from my Grandfather's place who had died a month previously. They quoted me one rate on the phone and then something completely different when they showed up. Their terms and conditions are a joke. They charge $35 per flight of stairs per person! The driver managed to get lost going in a straight line along Bathurst street between two major intersections. They were rude, inflexible and made the entire experience horrible. Stay AWAY!

The company give me the exact cost how much I need to pay ...by the time we reach the destination moving from Niagara falls $1500 when we arrive to Niagara falls from Brampton they terrorized me and blackmailed me Call me one gas station and they wanted another $700
and they wanted to take off with my furniture and all my staff. I`m a single mother and they used me to get more money out off me . I was scared from the 2 men and strongly recommend to take legal action against them....They have caused tremendous damaged on my furniture and they promised a good services ...PLEASE DO NOT HIRE THIS PEOPLE !!!!!!

I have had the same experience
Called through Kijiji - guy named Rana confirmed a price of $200 for three hours. Since I was uncertain , I asked him twice if this was the rate, he said yes and no receipt will be given , only a cash payment of 200.
I went ahead with them since I hardly had much to move but found it heavy to lift the couch and mattress all by myself. The distance of the move was exactly 5 minutes away. They got all done in a little over 2 hours and after loading the truck , gave me a bill of 800 dollars , and stated a 5 hour work on the bill.
I called the guy from the advertisement who claimed he dint say anything, called the supervisor Mike who not willing to listen either. I asked them to offload because of this yet they said if they do , they will charge more. It was a very painful experience for me, losing my money.
To add to this, my expense lamps were found to be broken 

estimate was 400$ and they held me hostage for 1600$ My appliances are damaged and I'm trying to contact them for the insurance they charged me 300$ for and their is no answer

Found an ad on kijiji with phone number 6476437402. Owner Mike is at 6473083319. They told me 2 movers and a truck for 3 hours would be 200. I should have suspected something when they didn't want to send anything in writing. When they arrive they present a contract that is completely different and threaten to leave if you don't agree. $35 per flight of stairs. 20% service charge for insurance. On and on....
My mistake was i was rushed as they arrived late and i didn't read the details and then got presented with a 900 bill which they demanded we pay before they unloaded our stuff. Basically we had a standoff with multiple calls for 45 minutes until the owner agreed to cut the price a bit.
Save your money and your aggravation - hopefully you will be more diligent than i was.
