Some of my roof vents and tiles were destroyed by Racoons. Vince responded promptly to my quote request and was available next day. In addition to replacing all my plastic roof vents with a metal (critter proof) vent, he also inspected all soffits around dormers to ensure they were tight to the roof. Very professional, great communications, service and price.

They did a great job or a reasonable price. After the work they cleaned up the whole area well. Kevin was very good in coordinating the job from the start to end. Highly recommend them.

I need the roof be fixed for renewal of insurance, Somda has very fast respond, and able to get everything done even before I expected. They also provide good recommendations.

We initially chose Somda as they were a competitive with the other quotes we received, and because of their salesperson, Krista. Krista is awesome: extremely knowledge and service oriented. Before the job was done, we discovered an issue with pests in the roof. Krista and Vince worked at finding a solution for us and were very accommodating. When Vince and his crew arrived, they were on time, very professional, did a great roofing job, and cleaned up to the point that you couldn't tell that they had been here - except for our awesome roof! I would highly recommend this company.

They were very professional and arrived on time during the bad traffic in downtown, they took good care with every possibility of leaking, explained fully about the material which named Landmark Certainteed and extended 5 years extra (10 years normally they provide) workmanship Warranty, also the color they recommend looks very nice, I really appreciate that! After the job they did a good cleaning! Highly recommended!
