Having dealt with too many contractors, it is such a relief that we hired Terin to do our project. It may have been a small project (1 day) but he treated us like we really mattered. On top of that, he came through for us when our juggling of contractors changed and he came early to help us out.

In addition, Terin and his apprentice examined all our electrical outlets, panel etc and discovered that 2 of our smoke and carbon detectors had expired years ago. I thought we just had to just change the batteries and didn't know there was a shelf life on detectors.

We always knew where we stood with Terin. He "shows up" on time, his rates are reasonable, and he gives great suggestions on improving the safety of your house.

Terin and his apprentice replaced a dining room light fixture for us, the work was well done and in a short time and they did a fine job of cleaning up afterwards. Would gladly have them in again.

The gentlemen who came by the residence were friendly, Professional amd provided excellent detailed information, at no cost for the evaluation. I was provided with a very reasonable evaluation of the cost for the issues that required attention. Their service was greatly appreciated.

Terin identified several safety issues and efficiently dealt with them. He took the time to make sure I understood the risks and benefits of doing so. His work is very thorough and done well. I am very happy with the service and work he did!

Terin came in with a list of tasks we knew we needed done and was quick to complete the job. There were a number of items we weren’t sure if we could do or add to the budget but Terin came up with some great ideas to make things better than we could have thought up on our own. We called Real Canadian Electric to come out and quote us for install of new smart switches, dimmers and light fixtures. Terin was able to come out the next day to look at our project. The quote was in line with what we had expected and he was able to start the work the same day. He was very friendly, tidy and the work was very professional.
