We purchased an older home and contracted MAGCOR DEMOLITION to bring the entire home back down to the studs. The crew was on time every day, extremely professional, completely focused on their work, organized, and a real pleasure to be around. We highly recommend this company if you require demolition work! They go above and beyond and continuously consult with you through the process.

I unfortunately did not know about Magcor Demo, until after I was completely stood up by another demo company THE DAY the work was supposed to start. Within a day Mike was at the house, scoped out the work, gave an incredibly fair and competitive price. 2 weeks later the house was completely demoed top to bottom. Mike and his team at Magcor were nothing short of amazing to work with, from the first phone call to the last nail removed in the house. They worked efficiently, very cleanly and most importantly quickly! The work was finished ahead of schedule! I would highly recommend Magcor demo for anyone looking for a demo company for there renovation project.

We needed to demolish and remove an old pool that was buried in our backyard. Mike was very responsive from the get-go and continued to be during the process. His crew is super respectful, hard-working and honest. The old pool had super thick concrete walls, so this made the project 3 times longer than they anticipated. Despite this, Mike still billed me for the original quote. I would not hesitate to use these guys.

Mike and team did a perfect job. They covered all of the floors, as well as, condo hallways. Team was very efficient and completed the work sooner than expected. I’ll definitely be using them again and highly recommend them to anyone
