Vicky and I asked for popcorn ceiling removal and pot light installation at our new house. We budgeted only the weekend for the work and the admin Penelope arranged everything flawlessly. The popcorn removal, electricians and painters were all friendly and very professional. The end result is stunning. In addition to fixing the ceiling we decided to remove the popcorn paint and go with a smooth paint instead in the main floor.

Prior to having Dimitri and his team start the job I mainly communicated with the back office (John and Penelope). They were extremely courteous, responsive, and helpful. They asked us to send pictures as well as provide dimensions of the rooms and promptly came back with an estimate followed by their next availability date.

We had the feeling that this project will go well when Dimitri showed in our door to see the job wearing a mask and putting covers in his shoes. The project was completed in time and as promised and we are happy with the outcome. Painters were careful and clean. Will continue some other small projects with this company and will update the comment accordingly and with more pictures.
