I was shocked when I fired up my BBQ and scores of large ants some with wings came streaming out of a timber retaining wall once it started to get warm........ panic because I know how distructive they can be.

I called Marwan left a message and got a near instant reply, he came the next morning, at the appointed time, assessed the situation in a very calm and professional manner, found the nest did his thing and Carpenter ants came streaming out of their hideaway. Clearly his insecticide was working.
He advised that within two weeks they would be totally eradicated.

This was our first time dealing with carpenter bees; we found a few nests in our pergola, so we called Mr Patel. He showed up in a couple hours, very timely and professional! He then did a thorough examination of our pergola, even found nests we didn't notice before, and dealt with them efficiently. He managed to find about 5, but only charged us for 3.
Great person to deal with; he's courteous, takes the time to explain the situation as he sees it, and gets the job done! Can't ask for anything better, I highly recommend Manish for all your pest control issues.

I've used Patel pest control in the past for a different issue. They are always fast to respond and provide detailed information on what treatment is required and the cost. This time was no different, i had an issue with carpenter bees making a nest, called Manish and he was able to come within a couple hours to help me treat the area. A few days after the treatment I haven't seen anymore bees hoovering in the area. Manish is friendly and I would recommend him if you require pest removal.

Mr Patel was very courteous and professional. He arrived at our house about 2 hours after our initial phone call. Upon assessing the situation, he explained what is causing the problem, how the insect burrows into the wood to make nests, the potential damage over time, and what needed to be done. He already gave me the cost of the visit and eradication of one nest, plus additional costs for each extra nest. He found 3, but charged only for 2. His guarantee is that if the insects return within the next 5 months, he will come back to re-apply the chemical treatment (one would assume at no charge). The job was done within one half hour.
