I had a bad experience with another similar company and needed someone to fix my roof after their service. This company was recommended to me and they replaced every single element of my roof perfectly. Great job!

Needed replacement of flat roof and various other fixes to roof and some flashing. Shawn and his crew were incredibly clean and quick. Even cleaned and fixed my rain gutters!

I first met Harold two years ago. I had called Precision Roof Works for a consultation because a somewhat dodgy "roofer" had come to my door to let me know that my porch roof was in bad shape and they could fix it for rather a lot of money. I of course wanted other quote and Harold was one of the two firms I called.

Harold took the time to come and see the house. He not only told me that the dodgy quote was indeed dodgy, but also assured me that the roof in question was still quite solid. Some time later I needed someone to look after an eavestrough. Harold had someone who could take care of this work. At this point I was also aware that I had lost a shingle or two, and this was also seen to promptly.

It was apparent, however, that the roof -- of a high three-storey house -- needed serious attention. Harold came again, saw the roof, and explained the problem and solution in detail. His crew came and did the work. They were cheerful and efficient, and the job was finished in two days. I am happy and relieved!

We recently did some work for a customer that had their roof redone (by another roofer) and had made several warranty calls to them. That roofer wrongly indicated that the chimney was the problem and so we got involved.
After repairing the chimney, the original (new) roof, still leaked.

I called Harold as I wanted a fresh pair of eyes on this. He sent Shawn over - the SAME DAY. Shawn immediately located the source of the leak and several other issues with the roof. Once he'd found them, he was able to immediately correct them so that the homeowner no longer had a leak. He provided photos and went over all of the specifics with us as he went and even carried out the work after hours.

Again, I have to say, that in our 40 year history as a chimney company, we have never had the pleasure of working with such a professional and customer-service oriented team.

Anyone would do well to consider them for their next roofing project.

Harold made it clear what the best solution was: rebuild to get a proper slope and do it right. He was the only roofer that was open to properly insulating our roof, others wanted to put an extra layer on the old roof and leave the rest mainly as-is. His crew showed up on time, minimized the mess and worked long days to get it done ahead of planning. We had heavy rain for a day and they managed to tarp the roof properly. This roof is ready for the next 30 years.

Harold and his staff did a remarkable job in replacing our roof. We ran into more problems than we anticipated. Our carport roof was repaired, and the aluminium siding and fascia were replaced. A 2 day job turned into 4 days and the guys were great. The cleanup was very thorough. We are very happy with Harold, his staff and the quality of the workmanship. I would totally recommend his company. They go above and beyond to make the customer happy and we are very happy.

Requested a roof assessment on HomeStars, Harold was the first to reach out and had Shawn from his team on the scene the next day checking everything out. Both my house roof and flat roof of an extension desperately needed replacing, they took pictures of everything and shared it with me. I also had a crumbling chimney. After getting a few quotes I elected to go with Precision Roof Works because I felt most confident in their expert capabilities, experience, and professionalism. I knew the job would get done right.

The team took down the crumbling chimney, took off the old shingles, removed some boards and got in the attic to make sure I did not have any mold or wet insulation, they took pictures of everything, they replaced boards that needed replacing, doubled the number of vents I had in the roof to meet building code and replaced my old vents with better quality vents. They wrapped the roof with a membrane before putting on new quality architectural shingles vs the cheap tab singles I had before. His team replaced the flat roof with a 4 layer roofing system. Everything was done proper!

The team showed up when they said they would, they did the work in the timeline agreed upon and the entire team was very friendly and respectful of my property. They left the job site exactly how they found it, no mess. I'm very happy with Precision Roof works and would highly recommend them.

This is the second time we have worked with Harold and his crew. The first go around Harold replaced our shingled roof, eaves troughs and installed a skylight. In the midst of renovations on our second floor our contractor found leaks and mold coming from the flat roof. I called Harold who came over the same day to assess the work. He detailed the work required and put a quote together. The next day he and his crew were on the job. We required a complete rebuild of the roof (as you can see from the pictures). Harold was in contact with us through the project letting us know of everything found and the work required.

He and his crew did a great job. Did the work in a timeline that didn't interfere with our other renovations. I cannot say enough of how happy we were to work with Harold again. I would have no reservation in recommending him - and in fact have, to our neighbours.

We experienced a major leak in our flat roof that required immediate attention. Further to that, we live on a main street with very little to no side access and a laneway garage in the back making it difficult/costly for a bin to be placed close to our house. We called a few places for quotes and were quite disappointed as the contractors were unresponsive, disinterested and/or vague; estimates were overstated or incomplete. We were referred to Harold and after our first meeting we knew had the right person for the job. Harold explained and showed us what was wrong with our roof; he walked us through the process, timing and cost to fix it and answered all our questions. As for our bin challenge, he came up with a cost-effective solution that worked perfectly with our property. He was honest, efficient and professional. And the overall quote was reasonable.

As soon as the forecast allowed for the work to happen, Harold scheduled us in. He and his team were on time, respectful of our property, did quality work and left no debris. Throughout the entire process, Harold brought us up to the roof to show us what was being done. He was on-site with his crew every day. We were very pleased with the result - a new, stronger flat roof with warranty and improved skylight.
