My garage door wouldn't go down all the way on its own for about a week. And then today, the door had difficulty even going up. I then jumped onto HomeStars to ask for help. Alon responded within minutes. I called him and he said that he could be over in 15-30 minutes, which he was.

He assessed the problem quickly and gave me several options for fixing it. He went with the one that I decided on and he quickly had the garage door working like new.

I was extremely pleased with Alon's speed, his openness, and the fact that I now have a properly working door again.

Alan was quick to respond to my service request and was at my home in an hour of the booking. Initially I needed a new garage door opener install but he did a thorough check of the garage cables, springs and pulleys and noticed that I also needed a spring replaced. He completed all the work in less than 2 hours. Fabulous job.
