Moved to a new place and needed two new deadbolts and a new doorknob. Radoslav explained the options to me, suggested a couple of improvements and was patient as I took days to make the decision. Once I decided, he showed up on time, did the work efficiently, and took the time to make sure I was happy with the work. The cost was slightly higher for me than his usual costs because I was outside his regular service area, but it was a fair price regardless.

Excellent creative fix to a problem that was not easy to get around. 10/10 and very prompt!

From the moment I asked for a quote till the job was completed, it was a pleasure dealing with Radoslav. He showed on time and spent the necessary time to ensure the locks are properly installed and he tested all keys on all doors. It was quick and very efficient. Radoslav has done an excellent job. We had Radoslav come by today to change our lock. He not only arrived when agreed upon but he arrived 10 minutes early. He was so professional, polite and helpful. The lock was changed but our door had some major issues that he was truly concerned about and he made the utmost effort to improve it and its closing issues. He also made two additional suggestions that we plan to follow up with. Never once did he complain about having to complete the additional work or how long the job was taking. His efforts made a significant difference in how this door works now. What an amazing locksmith and he is certainly a name and number I will keep on file. Well done Radoslav!!!

The lock on our front door malfunctioned yesterday evening. We called Radoslav who was at our home in less than 10 minutes. Radoslav was responsive and efficient in addressing the issue with the lock. His promptness and expertise was a huge relief, especially when dealing with something as crucial as home security. He provided top-notch service at a reasonable cost. If anyone else encounters lock issues, call Radoslav!

The deadbolt front door lock in an older home malfunctioned. We wanted to keep rather than replace it, as it was an elaborate hundred year old mechanism that had features we really wanted to maintain.
Radoslav's quote was very reasonable and he said he could do the work that same morning, so we agreed to his offer.
Although the initial expectation was that the lock would require minor realignment and securing, it was a complex mechanism that eventually required more significant disassembly and repair, which he did on site.
My initial concern was that it might have to be entirely replaced grew when I saw the lock in pieces on the floor, but my fear proved to be groundless, as it worked beautifully once the repair was done.
I was very pleased with his work, his demeanour, and his attention to detail. The required additional cost was quite reasonable, and I will definitely call him again for any future work needed.
