Kitchen and bathroom reno and adding an additional bathroom
I hired Ben initially after reading his reviews on HomeStars. My home is a two unit dwelling and I wanted to do structural renovations to both units.
We started with underpinning the basement as part of the lower unit reno. (See my previous review.) Next was the upper unit. This plan involved moving and expanding the kitchen, renovation an existing bathroom, adding a bathroom, adding a deck on the second floor, and changing the roofline on the 3rd floor to make room for new windows. Again, it was a pleasure working with Ben. Both the drawings and permits were delivered on time. He was extremely professional and courteous. His ideas and suggestions were always smart and creative and very much aligned with what I want for the property. I highly recommend BBA Design Studios.
