I had recently added an extension to our home which left us without a deck. After some research and talking to several other contractors, we felt that "Royal Innovation" would build for us the deck that my wife and I had always dreamed about.
We were offered a wide choice of materials and were told what the prose and cons of each one was. After choosing the material and finalizing the plans, the build itself was started almost right away. The installation of the deck took only a few days and the build quality was fantastic.
All wood planks were screwed in and not hammered in with nails. This will increase the longevity and safety of the deck. My previous deck was built using nails and I always had problems with planks becoming loose and squeaking. As well as having the nail heads protrude upwards causing a safety hazard, especially for pets cutting open a paws.
Thank you again Adam for the excellent work. I can enjoy the summer again on my new deck.
