New roof and fixed up venting as well as some issues with siding. Such hard workers. Up early, worked late, even in cold weather. Everything went well. I would use them again.

The job was done right! Yuriy and his team did an excellent job replacing my old roof with the new architectural shingles. He was prompt and took his time explaining the process with suggested ways to improve airflow in the attic by strategically placing the vents in the proper sequence. I highly recommend this company!

Yuriy dod a great job repairing my roof and did some extra work while he was here to install an electrical ice melting cable and some other things with Eaves troughs. I would hire them again in a heartbeat thank you so much

Had to replace roof sheeting, shingles and skylight. Poor ventilation caused mould problems. Yuriy cleared bricks between rafters that prevented soffit air flow and put new roof on. They were early to arrive, diligent about their tasks clean curious and contentious. Yuriy even repaired some shingles that were not part of the project. Highly recommend these guys.

We called Quality Home Roofing & Remodelling during the peak of Covid. Yuriy and his team were quick to come to our home, maintain physical distance and give us a detailed honest estimate.
We waited a few months for the work to begin, but as I expected, they were worth the wait. On site Yuriy told us he works on one job at a time and doesn't move on until the job is completed which makes scheduling difficult.
The crew worked tirelessly in the heat of the summer They protected our newly constructed deck, gardens even the neighbours home. They cleaned up quickly and efficiently.
The roof looks amazing. Yuriy has since followed up with us to assure we were happy with the work and assured us he would be available if we were to run into any problems.
I am so glad I found this team and highly recommend their services.

A couple of years ago, Yuriy provided us with an estimate for replacing our roof. The quotation was very reasonable for a big job (we needed to remove two layers of shingles, all of our sheathing, etc.). Also, his honesty and manner impressed me. So when it became urgent to do the work this year, I arranged with Bozhena (who was kind even though I called her very often!) to have them come and do the job. There was a bit of a wait but it was absolutely worth it. Yuriy and his team were efficient and professional. They took care to protect the yard, railings, etc., and cleaned up very well at the end of the job. And most importantly, the job was very well done. I'm especially pleased with the way the flat portion of the roof was designed and installed. I highly recommend these guys. Just beware of Yuriy's very strange sense of humour!

About 3 years ago I collected quotes to replace my shingles (2 layers). Yuriy literally shocked me by telling me he would be taking my money if he replaced my shingles. He told me they will last a few more years (which they did). The other contractors gave me quotes to do the job. So, this year, again I collected quotes, because my roof was now having small leaks. I kept Yuriy's number and he gave me a quote which was in line with others. However, he came around and was not in a rush to explain things. I was able to ask many questions and he put no pressure on me to arrange a date to do the roof. Once I decided to have Yuriy do my roof, we arranged a date and he and his team arrived around 7:00 am, stopped due to rain around noon and then finished the job the next day. It took them about 8 hours in total to remove 2 layers of shingles from a plank roof, remove a chimney, replace shingles and remove all the garbage. They used tarp every where and took care around my air conditioner. Yuiry only accepted my payment once I had gone around the house to check the roof was okay and the garbage was gone. The job was done in June and to this day I have only found 2 nails and a few little pieces of old shingles...amazing job. Yuiry also told me that if I have any problem, I just have to call him.

Yuriy provided a very reasonable estimate of the roof replacement, including chimney removal. He didn’t try to expand the scope of work beyond what was necessary or try to up-sell me to features that I didn’t need. Communication to arrange the estimate appointment, written estimate and subsequent job completion was excellent, courtesy of Bozhena, his very amiable and efficient office manager. Showed up on time with his crew to complete the job in one day. Protected the surrounding areas of our property at the start and cleaned up completely afterwards. Assuming I won’t have any more leaks after the next monsoon-like rainstorm, I heartily recommend Quality Home Roofing and Remodeling.
