Above and beyond service! Very kind and accomodating crew, they comprehensively explain every step along the way keeping you in the loop, are always on time, and are very mindful of your space and preferences. They worked around my pet cats ensuring I knew when to put them away and when they could be free in the home. They warmed us on the one day we'd need to evacuate for a few hours and gave us time to make arrangements. My home has never been so comfortable, even when I moved in it wasn't this nice. I will be forever grateful to healthy home center for making my symptoms so much better! God forbid I ever have mold issues again I wont hesitate to re-hire healthy home center, and if anyone I know does I will suggest them in a heartbeat.

After realizing our crawl space was full of old debris, mold and other concerns that were impacting our air quality, we reached out to Healthy Home Center to have it professionally cleaned. We were so impressed with Gabriel and his team, who worked diligently to clean it out while making sure all of the safety protocols were being followed throughout the process. The crawl space looked brand new by the time they were finished and they HEPA vacuumed our ducts, removed old insulation and went above and beyond to make sure any materials that were compromising our air quality were removed. They charged a very reasonable fee for all of the work completed and were very communicative any time we had questions or concerns. I would recommend Healthy Home Center to anyone who needs contaminants in their home professionally removed. Big thanks to the HHC cleaning crew!

We were very satisfied with Healthy Home Centre. We contacted them to address mold in our basement and other air quality concerns because we have a child with asthma and allergies. Within a week the issues had been assessed, quoted and remediated. Staff was very professional and friendly and communication was clear. We will do more work with HHC in the future and highly recommend them.

The workers come in the evening before the job started and moved the furniture and packed boxes out of the office area. They called on the day of the job, big snow day, and confirmed that they were coming but were caught in traffic. They arrived, helped to clear the snow from the door, and got to work. They had questions and took time to explain why they were asking the questions. With the snow, they did get a late start and after checking to ensure that someone was able to stick around worked through to ensure that the job was completed to satisfaction and then moved the furniture and boxes back into the office.

We recently moved into a 20 year old house that had neglected a basement mold issue. I became sick from the mold. We had the air quality tested and determined the source of the mold was from several cracks in the basement walls where moisture came in. Healthy Home Services removed moldy insulation, cleaned the basement of mold, repaired all cracks and reinsulated fully. The job is a long process but they worked consistently. We are very satisfied with the work completed. Gabriel knows what he is doing and his team was reliable.

Following an infestation of mice in the ceiling of our basement, we contacted several local companies for advice on how to remedy the
situation. Gabriel provided a prompt site visit and answered all of our questions pertaining to the removal and disposal of the contaminated insulation. Without hesitation we decided to work with Gabriel and his team who provided excellent service from start to finish. Gabriels team cleaned and isolated our HVAC while safely removing the ceiling tiles and insulation, spray-treated the studs and joists, wiped down and hepa vacuumed all of our surfaces and basement storage. Gabriel and his team were knowledgeable, efficient and respectful in carrying out the work and we look forward to working with them on our next basement project.
