The work has been delayed but John explained it is because the company fixing the roller has not been able to deliver. He is getting a favorable review because he is making an effort to remedy the situation and understands customer satisfaction is important.

Thanks Action Home Services for high quality job done on my interlocking walkway around house. Old asphalt walkway was cracking and I am really glad I found you on right time. The job was done perfectly and it took around 2 days. The crew left the area nice and clean.

My family bought a new house this winter and I couldn’t be happier to have my own space! However, the place was not in its best condition, so we started to renovate it by ourselves. Painting walls, re-doing all plumbing, everything went pretty good but when spring came and we realized out backyard needs attention. My dad and mom were not sure what do we need there, but one of mandatory thing was deck. I googled for a long time trying to understand which material is better and more affordable, but each category has literally dozens of different brands to choose from. Then I started searching affordable landscaping company in Ontario, thinking it’s the easiest way to get the work done, but here I got more in trouble, because there are too many companies and it’s hard to pick the best one.

Action Home Services was in my list of companies to consider. When I first saw them on HomeStars, I liked their jobs and website looked cool. I emailed 5-6 companies, and AHS was first to respond and book an estimate next days. Other companies expected me to wait weeks just to get me a quote! I mean, I get that now it is the season for all contractors, but waiting time was too long I think. Anyways, John and Eugene came on time and once they saw our backyard, they already started prosing bunch of options and how do they see our perfect backyard-that impressed my dad a lot. After 20-min discussion, dad picked the color and material he liked the most.

The company guys were coming early in the morning and leaving when it was dark, all day-nonstop. They shared with me a lot of tips about landscaping and were very nice to me. Dad met them at evenings to see the process and discuss the process. I will attach the photos, so you can see the results.

I wanted to do an interlocking parking pad and power washing of weeds and sealing of existing interlocking. The job done was phenomenal and no weeds left. He did some extra work removing an old piece of fence attached to the garage and now it seems like I went from 1 parking additional parking space and now have 2!! John and his team were amazing. First of all his prices were competitive, but encompassed more than other vendors out there. He walked me through everything he would be doing and always listened to everything I had to say. His team was fast, and efficient and John is extremely knowledgeable and brings lots of experience to the table. He is now my go-to guy for any work I will have in the yard. Great job and keep up the awesome work!!

John, one of the owners gives a very competitive pricing. Many times during the job I was asked if all was ok and if they had missed anything. They are very reasonable and did not jump at every opportunity to charge for small changes. There were a few different types of jobs to be done but all were done competently. Nikola did an excellent job of removing old slate and relaying flagstone on my veranda. Also importantly, Eugene and the crew did a good job of cleaning up after themselves.

This company is the fourth to do work on my home in the last 9 months and I am rating them highly because, for flagstone and general outside work in the yard they are stellar. They do what you ask without nickel-and-diming you and cheerfully give you an excellent job, and at a good price. Ten stars!
