We needed a new gate for the stairs that lead to the basement and a fence to close our backyard in order to keep our curious toddler safe. John and team did an exceptional job, not only to enclose our backyard but to use the same materials of our fence and deck so that it would look like an extension of the house and not like a weird add on.

It took longer that anticipated due to COVID 19 and the fact that getting materials was difficult, but he kept us up to date and set the right expectations. His crew was always on time. Would definitely recommend.

We hired John and his team to renovate our front and backyard with interlock and landscaping. I and my wife called AHS regarding our back deck. We wanted to demolish it and do a patio instead. John came over for an estimate, listened to us, explained how everything works and once we agreed on all details, John sent his team to do the work. Hi everyone my name is Antony. We just bought a home back in the winter that needed some work around the pool area. We had to replace the interlocking and take some extra safety safety measres around it as we had small children and have friends with small children visitin us. So the safety around the pool area was crucial. One of the AHS managers came to our home, looked at the backyard and pool, showed us other projects that they worked in so we could get some ideas, explaned to us what type of fences and safety measures we could take around the pool. After we decided upon all detailes and the project we wanted to do, the team worked very well, everything was done on time, they talked to us about any issues that would come up right away. Now the pool looks very nice and it provides us the relief we needed when it comes to our children's safety.

I and my neighbours had to replace the fence that separates our backyards. It was a big job and I and my neighbours wanted different types and designs of the fence. John was able to meet all of us at a time that was convenient for me and my neighbours, listened to us, gave us different options and prices. After many discussions back and forth, we found the best solution for us that John suggested and moved forward with it. The job was done very nicely, professionally, John and his team were always patient with us and confirmed every detail on the job.

I had to replace the front porch at my house as it had some safety issues. They advised about all the safety issues we had and what exactly we had to replace and offered a few options for us to choose from. We decided to replace the whole portch and the new one build by AHS looks amazing. They worked fast, professional and they were always polite.

We are very happy with our new front landscaping! We had to remove a concrete retaining wall along the driveway and at the sidewalk that were built in the 60s, replace the walls, regrade and sod the front, and redo the walkway and steps to the front of the house. The quote was reasonable, and the work was done quickly. They were knowledgeable and helpful in helping us refine our front landscaping design, and answered all our questions. It was reassuring to see the whole crew in uniform, and our neighbours commented on how the crew cleaned up and kept the work area tidy. They built our dream design and we love the end result!

John and his crew completed a great job on my landscaping project to redo my front steps with natural stone, Interlock in between my house & back yard and build a fence.
The team was extremely professional and put in several long 12 hour days to get the job done. There was some unexpected items that came up during the job but John was very reasonable and worked with me to accommodate. I would recommend them for any fencing or landscaping work.
