I am so glad I found them! I was looking for some ideas how to upgrade my patio to make it look fashionable and gorgeous. They really took time to patiently go through all my preferences, they made a design and gave me options to choose from. Very attentive and pleasant Company to work with. I got what I dreamt about and cant be more Happy! I will recommend them to anybody I know!

My neighbour across the street used this Company to asphalt his driveway and spoke very highly of them, so I decided to go with Action Home Services to get my driveway power washed and sealed, and also got couple ideas for the future on some renovations I might need around the House. They are dedicated and love what they are doing, that is what you really want to see in your contractor! quality work for a very reasonable price! 

Had my horribly uneven backyard patio fixed by these gentlemen and they did a phenomenal job! Attention to detail was top notch. Would definitely recommend this company. Finally got more than my money's worth!

The team at Action Home Services was professional from beginning to end. Maksym who came by to take the initial measurements was always prompt and helpful in his responses. Dmitriy and his team that completed the powerwashing and staining of the deck and interlocking did a great job and worked long hours to complete the project in a timely manner. I would definitely call on AHS for future projects and recommend them.

We used ACTION Home Services last year to do a complete back yard renovation and we were completely satisfied with the result. This year we decided to tackle the front yard, and ACTION was the company that we chose for the job.
We had a detailed plan done in advance, and when we met with John from ACTION, he showed us where small changes could be made to eliminate any site issues yet improve the overall result.
As we experienced with our backyard project last year, ACTION were very efficient, and did an excellent job of stonework and landscaping.

I choose Action Home Services based on internet reviews to have a retaining wall build and do some planting and grass sodding. They are very easy and pleasant to deal with. They did a very neat job with planting. Always there for you! The designer helped us to pick the right trees and plants, and now our backyard looks just beautiful. Great work! One more happy customer!

Mike and his team, Anthony, Parvin, and Zyad were the best. They arrived on time everyday, worked extremely hard and for long hours. They are smart, kind, good communicators and meticulous with the job they do. Couldn't be happier with this team and the completed project. Thanks!!!

I hired Action Home Services to conduct an outdoor renovation project in the front of my home, which included driveway regrading, the installation new interlocking on both our driveway and walkway, the moving of retaining walls and stairs (in addition to building a new set of stairs) -- what I consider to be a fairly large project for your typical semi-detached in East York.

My interactions with John were positive -- he was professional, knowledgeable and responsive (he always returned my calls to answer my questions, which was important). Overall, the price quoted was the price I paid (I did decide to add an additional item during the work, and the additional cost was made clear -- there were no surprises on the invoice), the crew began work when they were scheduled to, and the job was done in the time-frame estimated.

The crew, led by Renat, was fantastic. He runs a tight ship -- the crew was very punctual, hard-working, courteous and polite. They were quick to respond to requests and were equally as courteous when dealing with the neighbours (they cleaned up my neighbours' pathway after a lot of dust that had been generated by cutting stone had made its way on their property). They were quite meticulous with their work -- they clearly were taking the time to do the job properly. Also, they cleaned up the site at the end of each day.

One minor issue was that on the first day, they had asked to store some equipment in my garage. We were fine with that, but realized on the second day one of the crew was cutting stone right beside our open garage door, and dust got everywhere in the garage. This is a particular pain for us, as our garage doubles as our storage shed. After that, I asked them to close the door, while they worked, which they did. However, still dusting off items in the garage weeks later.

Overall, I would highly recommend Action Home Services and Renat and his team. During the work, many neighbours were impressed and came by to ask for their information. I would hire them again.

They came in and did a great job on my front yard. They arrived on time and did my work in a very fast, professional manner. I have to say my front yard looks amazing. I will use them again.

I hired AHS to repair an old shabby pathway at the front of my house. I am delighted with the result. It far exceeded my expectations. The workman was polite, reliable and punctual. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again or recommend to others.
