Tyler and his team worked closely with us on designing and developing our built-in wall unit and fireplace surround. From the initial consultation he offered support and advice, while maintaining our vision as his main objective and never steering us anywhere our imagination hadn't already taken us.

The initial renderings they provided really helped us visualize the final product and we are very happy with the end result. We had a very particular situation, as the built-in had to be mostly constructed on-site and in a fully finished home, so very particular care had to be taken to not disturb the current finishes, while at the same time seamlessly integrating with them. They were very careful and meticulous with their work and left the area the same, if not cleaner, than they found it. They even had to spray paint on for finishing the work inside in the finished room and taped and tarped everything off so well you'd never know!

Me and my family are all very happy with the work Blucast performed on our project and would highly recommend him for any similar work to others.

We hired Blucast to completely gut and renovate our small master bathroom. Tyler was a pleasure to work with throughout the reno process. His estimates and quotes were very thorough, estimating not only the labour and time, but also a realistic breakdown of material costs. He was meticulous and careful when it came to controlling the construction chaos in the house, and offered great advice and recommendations as the reno went along. Blucast (Tyler) has proven to be the anomaly in the General Contracting arena for us. In our 7 years of home ownership we have done 5 major renovations with 4 different GCs. Tyler was the only one who came in on time, budget, and showed up when he said he would each day scheduled. He is respectful of the our property, budget, and timeline and customized his services for us. We look at Tyler as our ‘go to’ GC now, knowing any specialist he might need to get a job done is a far better solution than trying to get an independent on our own. We hired Blucast (BGC) to do a variety of work on our home, including renovating two bathrooms, building a linen closet, and installing new windows. Tyler came up with creative ways to give us more space and the result is two beautiful bathrooms with style and function for our family.
