After our air conditioner started performing poorly, I reached out to Air Point for an inspection. Greg arrived within the appointment window and quickly went to work diagnosing the issue - low refrigerant. Greg was happy to answer all of our questions and provided a recommendation and quote, with really no pressure. The quote wasn't the lowest we received but I sensed that Air Point's service was worth the little extra money. After some discussions, we opted for a replacement.

Two days later, Vadim and Sasha arrived promptly at the scheduled time and began work, quickly and efficiently. They laid drop cloths and took care to make sure they didn't damage anything. Vadim explained all of the work they were doing and took the time to show me some changes in my A/C set up. The new A/C works great!

They fixed a broken vent outlet, did a tune up on the AC and insulated the coolant tube. The workers were very friendly and did a good job. However, when they insulated the coolant tube they left a lot of scattered black foam scraps all over our deck. It took me about 20 minutes to clean it all up.

During the late summer of 2022 our air conditioner had ceased functioning. In order to assist us on such short notice, Air Point Heating and Cooling Inc went above and beyond. Gregory, a service technician, and Katerina, a member of the office staff, were both incredibly courteous, efficient, and reasonable in their repair costs. Gregory cleaned out our unit, changed our air conditioner's "starting capacitor," and then carefully put everything back together. We definitely value the service they provided and will continue to utilize and advocate for Air Point Heating and Cooling Inc among our friends and family.

We needed to have air conditioning installed for our house in 2021.
A consultant came to assess the situation and give us some advice and pricing.
His explanations of the options were clear and professional.
The installers came at the appointed time and installed the equipment in a timely fashion. They were courteous and respectful of our house and cleaned up after themselves.
Minor issues were dealt with promptly, cheerfully and without fuss.
I was so pleased with this companys work that I hired them to do our annual fall checkup for the furnace. The technician arrived on time, did the checkup promptly, explained what had been done and gave good advice.
The office called this summer (2022), a year later, to schedule the first (free) checkup on the air conditioner. Again, the technicians arrived on time and did what they had to do in an efficient and rapid manner.
This company is on top of things. Their prices are competitive, and their service is second to none. Everyone who works for them is courteous, helpful and cheerful and seems to be happy with their job. I recommend them without any hesitation.

For nearly 20 years I have been wanting to move an air duct located in the middle of the house which was in an awkward place. A kitchen reno finally prompted me to get it done. I researched companies on HomeStars and found the reviews of Airpoint to be very reassuring.

This is the 3rd time utilizing their services and I continue to be extremely satisfied with their high level service. From the people that answer the phone to the service technicians, this company is absolutely in a class by themselves. No, they do not pay me to write these reviews, they just know how to look after their customers in a timely, efficient, and fair $$ manor. I finally settled on Air Point for a furnace and AC replacement as I found their quote to be very fair considering the high quality of the materials. I was not disappointed by a long shot. Their team showed up exactly on time (no 4 hour window like other companies) and immediately covered all the flooring to protect it. The installers were very experienced as they worked as a team without someone telling them everything they had to do. They had the whole system replaced in around 6 hours from start to finish. When I spoke to the installers they told me that they only install the higher end products as they didnt want to come back for warranty work (even though they give a warranty) as that only means they have an unhappy customer and they dont make money on warranty work so neither side wins. I cant speak high enough for this company both for the office staff and their installers. I recommend anyone should give them an opportunity to quote on any HVAC work. Thanks Air Point!!!

I installed a new A/C with this company. The service was great throughout: consultation by a qualified and friendly engineer, selection of models, and scheduling of the appointment.
The crew came on time and was quick, efficient, and considerate. They explained all the works they were going to do. They cleaned everything afterwards.

It was a pleasure working with Air Point. From the HomeStars messaging /calls with Katerina to the service call with Michael - could not ask for better team. Polite, punctual, knowledgeable, personable.
