A furnace had stopped working in the middle of winter in the rental that I own. It was a long weekend and it was critical to get the heat back on quickly (if the house freezes the water pipes could burst which is a major problem). I called air point that evening and had Gregory come by and arrange the installation the next morning. Couldn’t be happier with the job done. Quick, efficient and priced fairly. Will definitely recommend.

We had our AC broken and the motor from the heater had to be replaced. It was a Sunday, and the weather outside was 32 degrees that day. We contacted the company on Sunday, and the following day they were already at our house in the morning installing everything.

When service tech first arrived to investigate prob. he was honest and efficient. He did not try to oversell and offered product suitable for my needs. When technicians arrived on time, they were polite and extremely courteous. I was extremely satisfied with their service and would highly recommend this company.

Air Point has fixed our aging air conditioner twice in the past 4 years. Both times they could have tried to sell me a new unit, but instead they provided honest, excellent and fast service. They have also done a major repair to our furnace and installed a new air conditioner that could not be repaired for a neighbour. Highly recommend Air Point.

Our A/C was no longer working and were presented with varying options to rectify the problem.
