Dealing with Parliament Roofing was a great experience.

After reviewing 4 other roofing company offers, I picked Parliament Contracting. They were the most clear and detailed about what work had to be done. Tyler was a pleasure to work with. He took before and after pictures of the roof, had all the necessary documentation for insurance, "Working at Heights", product specifications and references.

Parliament Contracting replaced my roof shingles and replaced the ridge vent with more efficient vents in September 2017. I waited 9 months instead of days to provide a review since a roof replacement job is only proven over the long term and not just days after it is done.

The job itself was done in a day, and the Parliament team arrived on time and completed the job on time. Clean-up was so complete that you couldn't tell the roof was replaced. The new vents also made a difference. The roof is quiet during wind storms and the top floor stays cooler during hot days. They were very careful in protecting my deck and plants around the house when performing the job. They even fixed the roof on my garden shed as well !

In May 2018, when visiting my neighbor, Parliament stopped by my home to fix some finishing shingles that blew off during a Mid-May wind storm.

In short, I will use Parliament contracting with confidence for any future work on my home.

We required a roofing company following a major wind storm, as we lost quite a large patch of shingles. Unfortunately, it was set to rain before we could arrange for anyone to come by. In the meantime, we put some camping tarps down as a stop-gap solution, but once the rain started, we could see that the tarps weren't proving effective. Feeling stressed, we looked on Homestars and saw Parliament had positive ratings. They came the same day (in the rain) and put down a professional tarping system, to prevent any water damage. It was a huge relief to us. Though we wanted to redo the full roof, it wasn't in our budget. Liam and his crew later returned and replaced the missing shingles at no extra cost. We when redo our full roof we will absolutely be calling Parliament!

From the moment that I met Tyler at our house for a free estimate, I knew that his company was about customer service and quality work. Parliament Contracting completed the work at our Orleans house last October and I could not be more than satisfied with everything that Tyler and Liam have done. When the crew left, I was surprised how meticulous they were cleaning up. The property was spotless!
I also had follow-up with Tyler around our shingle class action suit and he was extremely helpful and more importantly, responsive to what we required. I would recommend Parliament over any other company in the area based on their customer servie and great work.

I noticed this company doing roofing on our street and was impressed by the quality of work being done so I needed my back roof of my split level done and gave them a call.
They were prompt returning my call and gave a written estimate that was bang on . They gave my written information on type of roofing to be used .
They arrived on time and completed they job the my satisfaction and did a very good job removing the old roofing and clean up.

My next door neighbour needed her whole roof done and she used them after getting other quotes later in the fall. She reported that she had the same experience .

We used Parliment Contracting to redo our roof last summer. We had several other quotes from other companies and their quote was very competitive. Tyler and Liam followed up the quote and were very friendly and knowledgeable. They started our roof within the time frame they originally quoted and were finished right on time. We were happy with the clean up after the job was completed. Several of our neighbors also used them for their rooftops and we have all been happy with the work and clean up. We would not hesitate to recommend Parliment Contracting to any of our friends and neighbors.

I had Parliament Contracting replace my roof in the spring. They were friendly, efficient, did a great job and at a great price. I got a free quote and they walked me through the options and when I confirmed with them, they were in and out in a morning, including removing all the materials. After they did my house, my parents got them to do their house and were pleased as well. And their roof is much more complex than mine.

We are very satisfied with the work Tyler and his crew did for us. A professional quote that was very competitive. The crew worked hard and had it finished within the discussed timeframe. Good advice on when to start, making sure that we would't have a half finished roof and having to wait while the rain stops. After the job they cleaned up very thoroughly, which was a concern for us with 2 active kids and a dog running around. Beautiful end result. Very satisfied.

We searched around for a company that would provide a service that was above average and this company did just that.

The price was very reasonable and was negotiated very fairly in accordance with other bidders.

The employees were all respectful, responsible and efficient.

The followup was very appreciated and thorough.
