I've shared your sentiments with them. Most playsets are wooden, every so often, pieces come out of the box slightly warped, or slightly cracked. Anything that needs addressing wouldn't be missed by one of us. Slight defects that aren't critical can sometimes be overlooked. Sorry we didn't catch it and bring it to your attention.
