From the very first contact with Verve Electric we were pleased with their attention to detail and professionalism. Nathan answered all our questions with terminology we understood, every concern was addressed and that was before the work even started. The team arrived at the appointed time and quickly got on with the work. The job was completed, the longest delay (which they kept apologizing for) was in the electrical inspector coming to review their work and the hydro coming to get us back on the grid.
We would gladly recommend Verve Electric and will be using their services again in the future.

Installed new lighting. The existing lighting didn’t work, they diagnosed the problem, left to get new lighting, back quickly to install and took away all the garbage. Now I can see to do laundry again, unfortunately I can see all the disorganized mess that I’ve been able to postpone with my excuse of no light. Great work!

Needed to extend a socket into a bathroom area to provide for a wall heater. They took the trouble to come out first to have a look at the job site as it sounded a little awkward. It was so I was pleased that they did that. As a property manager, it's important to have contractors you can rely on to show up when they say they will and provide a competent service.

Nathan and Jake installed pot lights and the required wiring, dimmer switches, etc. through out the entire basement (3 rooms) in this full basement renovation. They also coordinated with the gas fireplace installer to get the necessary wiring for that. Very professional, on time, and the pot lights look amazing. Makes the basement not feel like a basement as it is bright and cheery. As an add on, I had them install a new ceiling fan that was not easily reached as it was in the front entrance foyer which was open concept to the second floor. This was a job well done!

Verve Electric was promt in responding to our request for service and completing the work.

Although there were some delays due to unforeseen circumstances, they were quick to remedy the situation.

Overall we had a very positive experience.
