Our experience with Neo Kitchens was exceptional. Designing our dream kitchen was a huge undertaking but Micheal and Gaby were patient , knowledgeable and understanding from start to finish. The installation crew was well organized and efficient. We are extremely happy with the end product and would highly recommend Neo Kitchens to all our family and friends.

Neo kitchen has installed customized cabinets for the kitchen, mud room, pantry, office, foyer, bedroom built-in closets and bathroom vanities for the entire house.
We are quite happy with the quality and the service Neo Kitchen provided. We made quite a few changes on the design, Mike and his team are very patient to discuss with us on every single detail until it meets our expectation. Mike also spent tons of time with us to finalize the material, color, patterns and cabinet pulls on the kitchen, and it turned out gorgeous and exceeded our expectation. Each of the room shows its own character with high quality of customized closets and vanities.
The installation team is also professional and detail oriented. We would highly recommend Neo Kitchen if you are looking for high quality, great customer service for your home cabinets.

I would pretty much mirror the reviews that have come before mine. In addition, I really appreciated that in the initial consultation, you can see many of the choices in the showroom and Neo kitchen provides a detailed estimate and the cost of the kitchen project right up front. Likely you will make changes along the path to finalizing the kitchen design but, any additional costs for certain changes are very clearly spelled out in the estimate. With a larger kitchen project, it gives you piece of mind knowing this as you work towards the final design. Michael is able to turn design changes, in visual format, around very quickly and had some great suggestions for dealing with certain functional requests. Also, Michael and his team are very patient and helpful in ensuring that any issues that come up along the process are handled professionally and too the customer's satisfaction. I also appreciated that Michael and Gaby are extremely good at getting back to you when you have any questions or concerns. Although, due to the scope of my project, there was different teams involved in the final completion of my project, each team was professional and willingly addressed any issue that was brought to their attention. I am very pleased with my beautiful Neo Kitchen.

Michael and Gaby have been really helpful throughout the entire design process. They were patient as I made several changes, and helpful in helping find solutions to any problems that I had come across. The kitchen turned out beautifully, and the cabinets definitely look of high quality.

Very easy to deal with, punctual, and they gave us exactly what we wanted. Installers payed attention to detail and kept the work area clean.

We are very happy with our kitchen cabinets from Neo Kitchen. Gaby is very polite and organized and responds to questions promptly. Michael did a great job helping us design our kitchen and was able to deliver according to timelines. The team came to install it over the course of 3 days (we have a larger kitchen) and worked very hard and very quickly. There was a bit of difficulty communicating with the team that came to install but had no issues as they knew what to do. Very professional experience working with the entire team and would highly recommend them to anyone.

We wanted to do kitchen reno for the longest time, but the thought of it being a stressful process kept us from actually doing it.

We chose Neo Kitchen as we saw another project that was done by this company and it was beautiful. The entire process with Michael and his team was absolutely smooth and stress free. More over, it was super exciting to see our vision come to life, and it was so great to be offered different option/suggestions in order to work with our budget.

Great dealing with Neo Kitchens. Mike knows his stuff and can quickly render drawings and make last minute changes on the fly. Friendly staff and great service. We are very happy with our new Kitchen and have already referred to friends & family.

After comparing quotes with a few companies, Neo's was the most reasonable and more importantly, the costs were communicated upfront as opposed to escalating with each subsequent meeting with other companies.

Installation date was honoured which made for great planning on our part.

The wall unit contained cabinets with a few customizations and a fireplace enclosure in the middle with stone backing.

Installation was made in a 100+ year old house with less than level floors and the finished product is first class. Kudos to the installation team working in the evening to get it done and accommodating last minute requests.

Have already planned to return to design a storage unit on our main floor.

We had our kitchen redone in our townhouse. Neo Kitchen did a great job. From measuring the space to installing the cabinets and countertop/backsplash, it was all done very professionally. We would highly recommend this company. They followed through with product and timeline which we really appreciated.
