I have worked with Vamar Construction, specifically with Vasiliy, to complete a full renovation of two tired bathrooms. Vasiliy was understanding and extremely helpful in addressing my needs and was able to demo, prep and complete both under 2 weeks. Fantastic work and extremely fast turnaround times. With that said, I will be using him for other projects for his reliability, good prices and quality of workmanship.

We asked Vasiliy to demolish an entire powder/storage room on the first floor. It was a difficult task as it messed quite a few things - floor tiles, staircase, drywall, electrical, etc. But the team worked as a clock, very professionally and the management was flawless - different guys were coming in at exact time when next task needed to be done - electricians, painters, etc. Everything was done with the highest quality.
Later on we asked Vasiliy's team to paint the entire living room and kitchen. That was done brilliantly!
Vasiliy listens to every idea, every little detail of the vision and explains how to do it better and cheaper!
Thanks a lot to every one who worked on the project, and especially the construction manager - Vasiliy. Now I know who I will trust my next project.

Vasiliy and team came and did a great job. When I asked Vasiliy for a quote, he responded quickly and with appropriate amount of detail. He is analytical and pays attention to the details. He also knows how to get the job done right. Some people get bogged down with the non important stuff, he cuts straight to the matter of heart.

We had him set up 3 windows and 2 offices. Also some dry walling of another room. He also knocked down a non structural wall.

The team works on Sundays! I think I left one Sunday and they were still going at the office around 11:30 PM on a Sunday night. Amazing.

On time and on budget. 2months work completed in remarkable 5 weeks. Major refresh/Reno project: replacing 2500 sq ft of flooring, refreshing 2 large stairways, enlarging and fully renovating 2 bathrooms (1 with in floor heating), opened up/reconfigured 3rd hall by removing closet and changing door location to one bedroom, removing a servants staircase and relocating basement stairs under main staircase while moving back one kitchen cabinet set to expand family room space off kitchen. Refreshed powder room. Installed 4 fireplace inserts. Painted 5000 sq feet. Installed trim in main and second hallways. Dry walled ceiling in the office. installed smarthome lighting system, LED pots in 6 rooms and 7 chandeliers. Replaced knob and tube in project areas. Owner coordinated well (and pitched in) with his core team and subcontractors. Onsite supervisor was talented carpenter. Team pleasant. Worked weekends to have it ready for us at Xmas. Have come back promptedly to fix small things. Good quality work especially at this price point. Cannot recommend enough. Have a phase two to come and will be using Vamar again.

Vasiliy and his team undertook a full bathroom renovation. Vasiliy replied promptly to an online estimate and met with me to go over the details of the job. They started the job on time and worked as planned and finished the project in the 2 weeks that it was promised. The workmanship was very good. The communication throughout was exemplary with almost instant access to Vasiliy irrespective of the time of day. The crew was very respectful of the property and tried their best to create as little disruption as possible. From the beginning to the end we were very satisfied and we are very happy with the end product. I would highly recommend this team for any renovation needs and very likely will approach them in the future.

I have used Vamar several times in the past as well as for client projects. This time around we did our entire home renovation. They did a fabulous job. Worked hard and according to plan as well as saved me some money with their advice. But the most important thing is that they are trust worthy. They are not dodgy and will not try to rip you off with unnecessary things or upcharges. I will continue using them for myself and for client projects.

Vamar Construction has renovated two bathrooms in my house. The job was done in a shortest reasonable period possible and met my expected level of quality. Workers were always polite, on time and made sure my house remained dust free during renovation. I would not hesitate in recommending Vamar Construction or using their services again.

We did some work with Vamar around the house and outside. They replaced floors, tiles and kitchen for us. We are very happy with the result. Good prices and GREAT quality not to mention they do give you a warranty for their work, which you don't see a lot these days.

Completed a full house renovation. The house was gutted to the studs, old kitchen was thrown out. New flooring installed, new kitchen, renovated bathrooms.
