We contacted them to refinish our wood flooring. It was an unusual job in that there are no quarter rounds on the baseboards and stainless steel is flush to the floor in the kitchen. So the notion of zipping in and out with power sanders went out the door! Ralph came for a second consult and determined that all the edging would have to be done by hand. Pricing was competitive. We changed the flooring in all rooms and one staircase in our 3 bedroom townhouse. They were on time every day, hardworking and courteous. The job took 7 days. A big shout out to project manager Rueben who took care of all of concerns. Our squeaky 40 year old staircase is a thing of the past. Lukas worked miracles replacing the staircase going down to our family room/basement. He was so good, we are booked to have him back to repair the squeaks in our staircase going upstairs to the bedrooms. I'd recommend Focus on Flooring without hesitation.

We put an impossible task - pick the flooring on the Sunday of a long weekend, order it on the Tuesday, install it by the time we move in on Friday. Ralph and Lukas did the job, and the end product looks phenomenal. Ripped out the broadloom and put in the engineered hardwood, also improving the squeaky floor we had. The work was very well done, and we are really happy with the end product.

I got excellent service by Ralph. I couldn’t believe how fast everything got finalized and done . We went from laminate flooring to vynal. Also changed all the baseboards . 2 bed rooms and one living room. It’s a older condominium. It’s always a hassle to deal with condo management, but Ralph followed all their restrictions and still was able to finish the job on time . The condo management actually tried to blame a non existing scratch in the elevator on the Workers . However, after some through investigation , we found no such scratch was there. In any case , Ralph took the ownership completely and told me that he will cover any cost the management might asses against me . That was really good on his part . Nothing like that ended up happening and I have received my security deposit back , fortunately. I am very satisfied with his work and will definitely call him again when I need some new flooring.

Great installation of luxury vinyl in my house. Ralph is very friendly and his team did a great installation in a timely manner. Very pleased with the result.
