Mike was incredibly helpful and thorough. My partner and I were out of town when we discovered from our house-sitter that there was evidence of bedbugs back at home. Mike was easy to talk to over the phone and reassuring that the problem could be easily solved, while at the same time being completely safe for our pet. We were able to book for him to come treat our house the day we arrived back in town. He was very thorough as we walked through the house together discussing the issue, telling me what to look for, what to expect, etc. He completed the uninvasive treatment within a couple of hours and made sure I was clear about what he had done, and what we should do and keep an eye out for the next few of week. Since then, Mike has gotten in touch a few times to check in and ensure that we are happy with the results.

I was searching online for a bug exterminator and came across Swift-X during my search. I called the number and spoke with the company owner about my issue. Mike was very professional and informative. I made an appointment and 3 days later he was at my apartment. He was on time for the appointment, and I was very impressed when he removed his shoes at the door (in my experience, not many people do that without being probed). During the appointment Mike explained what he was doing and why he did it, which made me feels ease. he was pleasant and patient. Even after my appointment he kept in touch for weekly updates. I am overly satisfied with my experience with Swift-X and I will highly recommend them.

I picked swift x because their phone courtesy was much better than every other bed bug exterminator people I've called. Mike listened to my concerns and we scheduled an appointment right away. He really knows his stuff and is very precise with treating my condo unit. I had one initial treatment and then another updated one. Really great service, and I highly recommend swift x!

We saw that one of our kids was getting bites and finally discovered there were bed bugs in one of the rooms. After doing some research online, we decided to go with swift-x based on their fair price offered compared to others, and knowledge and friendliness. The owner was great and we appreciated some helpful tips for trying to avoid getting re-infested in the future. We are now bed bug free and I will refer them to anyone I know with an issue.

The company and the service technician was very professional and customer service focused. From the time I contacted them about the issue at hand, they were very responsive and supportive. The technician treated the place very throughly and followed up continuously after the service date also to provide constant monitoring of the improvement in the sighting of the bugs. Was available for a next day appointment (very key because I had only just realized we had bedbugs and another companies soonest availablity was 3 weeks from the day) and the guy clearly knew what he was doing. Also has made it very clear that any signs of bedbugs again he'd come take care of free of charge (but there hasn't been)

I live in Tulsa in the U.S. and needed a company I could trust to do some work in Toronto. After doing some research, we decided on Swift-X. We were provided with all the information needed to prepare for the visit as well as what we would need to do for follow up. A technician named Mike came out to do the work and spent a considerable amount of time doing the treatment as well as answering the many questions that Juliet asked. He was very courteous and professional. After researching other companies and getting other quotes, I found the cost to be very reasonable. The three month warranty is very comforting to me, since I'm not on site to deal directly with any problems that might come up.

Swift-X Pest is wonderful! Somehow our house had accumulated quite a bit of bed bugs in all three of our bedrooms, so we called two exterminators in to get them out. The first exterminator charged a bit less than Swift-X Pest but we got very poor results. We called the first exterminator in twice, and they just couldn't get the bed bugs out.

Then we called Swift-X Pest and after just one treatment the bed bugs were all gone! However, about 3+ months later, after our expiration date had passed, we started seeing a couple more bed bugs. We assumed it was some hidden eggs that began to hatch which is sometimes the case, but nonetheless, we called Swift-X Pest back and they gladly came back to do another treatment, even though the expiration date had passed! Since then we haven't had anymore problems.

Swift-X Pest uses some of the best quality ingredients in their formula- (you can't even smell the poison after it's been sprayed, yet it's strong enough to kill any insect that walks over it for up to two months). As well, they delivered top-of-line customer service. They were very professional, honest, dedicated, extremely knowledgeable in their trade and gave us many best practice tips to help our situation.

Mike, the owner, responded immediately. He came to my mothers home and dealt with the problem thoroughly! Someone had brought it into my mothers home. Mikes work with non toxic products was fantastic. He was extremely knowledgable and very calming. He did the job in a thorough professional manner. I highly recommend him.

It was very throrough and very professional. The problem we had was very minimal but we took proper precautions to be safe. He did a very good job securing all possible areas. Weeks following the activity was to a bare minimum and there hasn't been any activity seen in the past month following. Highly recommend this commany for their professionalism and knowledge regarding the situation and the steps necessary for eliminating it. Very pleased with the service!
