Renovare Marble And Granite

WOW! 'TRUSTEDPROS' suggests that we keep the personal out of our reply, but it is very difficult to respond professionally to such an emotionally charged review. All we can do is state the facts here in the hopes that your attempt to ruin our small, family owned business, are unsuccessful.

You hired us to complete your KITCHEN counter tops in a rare stone, which was limited in availability. You were informed of this fact. We all hoped that there would be remaining material to complete a small piece (21”x21") to cover a tiny vanity in your laundry room, but there was not.

We accepted a deposit of 50% before the job and 50% upon completion, which you gladly paid for, as you were VERY pleased with the outcome of our work. Your review failed to note that you were ecstatic (dare I say?!) with the work and completion of your beautiful kitchen counter tops. So no, we did not take your money and run.

We have tried to locate a small piece for your laundry room. We really have. If you can find a company that will cut into a slab of that rare stone, then please, pass their number along. We have also been very clear with you over the phone that we have been unable to locate a piece.

Your review statement "We have been waiting over a year for 1 counter & 1 sink counter for our kitchen mud room, that we ordered & paid for when we got our kitchen islands done" is untrue. The job you were charged for did not include the 21”x21” piece for your laundry room vanity. Also the "1 counter" you refer to has been fabricated and is sitting in our shop waiting for you to pick up, again at no charge. Please let us know if you would still like it.

We work very, very hard at trying to provide the best service, and can only hope that our happy customers speak as loudly as the unhappy ones.

“Over the last year or so I have been on the hunt for new countertops and having no idea what material to choose; Cambria, Caesarstone, or Granite. However, once I went into Renovare's warehouse there were many choices of beautiful granite and quartz/marble slabs. They were very different from the standard offerings that I had seen before and I finally chose both the granite and marble/quartz.

It is important to know that if you really love a particular piece you should reserve it as Renovare sells a lot and there is a limited amount available of certain stones. The granite is truly unique and we needed two fairly large slabs for our home.

Ross and his staff treated us very well and when you call they will promptly return your calls. Ross was also key in choosing the sinks and other components that we needed to do our renovation. Ross's installers were excellent; very careful, quick and clean.

Their prices were high, service we mediocre but what turned us off was hidden fees that began to appear. When we were told about Renovare Marble and Granite we were hoping for better. Renovare is a warehouse of slabs, you can walk and see and feel and touch 4x8foot chunks of the material you are buying. Really cool concept, way better than buying from a brochure or a small piece.”
