Tahar responded within minutes (seriously, less than 10 minutes) after I put out the HomeStars request. He arrived as scheduled and correctly assessed our issue with rats burrowing under our pool deck and eating excess birdseed from our backyard as well as our neighbours. He installed these amazing bait cages that look like garden rocks strategically through both our gardens. His price included the rock bait cages, a second visit to reassess and refill the bait. Tahar was pleasant, prompt and professional.

The first time I messaged Taha it was 1am and I had finally reached a breaking point with the mice in my house. To my complete surprise, he responded immediately at 1am and scheduled to come the next day. He was very professional /knowledgable, and also really friendly.

Given that I live in an old home, I figured mice could be a recurring issue every winter, so I decided to buy the multi-visit package. Taha has now come to my home 3 times, has sent me a calendar invite ahead of time for each visit, and has been very communciative each time. I'd definitely recommend him.

In the past year, we’ve used Taha twice (Fleas from Dog and Carpenter Anta) and most recently we called Taha and Tarek for a family of squirrels living in our attic. Every time we called they’ve been able to come within a day, usually on weekends and they provide incredible service. Most recently when we had a family of squirrels in our attic, they can to remove all 5 squirrels one by one as they were caught, often on weekend nights! Theyre always prompt and available and they do excellent work. Most impressive of all was the crazy dangerous and high risk work they undertook to seal up all of the holes on the roof of my 3 story house. These guys are absolute professionals, take their job very seriously and are some of the nicest guys you’ll come across. Highly recommend anyone dealing with any pest or rodent issues don’t look anywhere but these guys when deciding who to call.

Second time I have used this company and HIGHLY recommend. Today - a Sunday - we had a decomposing raccoon body jammed in a difficult place to access. Send Taha a note and he responded within five minutes to ask for details. Five minutes later he said he would be here in an hour - and was. He understands that problems like this can't - or shouldn't - wait till regular weekday work hours as they get worse. Also called him previously to fix problem of squirrels burrowing into roof and attic. Came same-day and addressed it immediately. Smart, pleasant guy who genuinely wants to provide best service possible.

During the hot Toronto June weather, I began to notice a pronounced foul smell, along with a confluence of flies in my backyard. After a little guesswork in locating the source, I discovered a dead, decomposing racoon tucked beneath my backyard patio.

Taha at Contact Pest Control got in contact with me within literal minutes of me posting a service request on Homestars, and along with his colleague Tarek, were at my house within 3 hours of my call with them.

They immediately got to work, and in short order took care of the problem with efficiency and professionalism.

Taha responded quickly to my HomeStars posting looking for help with carpenter bees. He asked a few questions, provided a quote over the phone, which was reasonable compared to another quote I had received. He told me he would come the next day during a window of time. Arrived as promised, treated our wood soffits and deck area, and found a live wasp nest that I didn’t know about.
I would highly recommend you call them.

Taha came with one of his employees and he was very honest and prepared me on what could be happening in my attic. Pricing was very straight forward and they were able to do same day service.

Turns out, there was a mother raccoon with 5 babies. It chewed through my neighbour's vents, chewed the wall, and settled in my attic. My neighbours were in disbelief that it the entry point came from their side but Taha was very patient in explaining and showing my neighbour where the entry point was. He and his crew were very professional, with 5 year warranty.

They installed the one-way door and relocated the babies near the entry point so the mother could retrieve them. They were able to look for possible entry points and reinforced my vents. He said he would even disinfect the area of where the babies and mother settled. Taha's pricing was very hoenst because I have called other companies that would ask for $450 minimum to inspect. Other companies would also ask for an additional fee to clean up the area.

Contact Pest Control is my go to team for any pest removal needs. I have used them in the past with amazing results. Taha and his team and prompt, professional and courteous. They go out of their way to serve the customer. I recently had a baby and needed immediate service. Taha and his team came out the same day even though it was out of their usual coverage zone. Furthermore, they could have easily charged us up to $700 which we originally had discussed but his team found out a lot of our vents were already reinforced. Not many businesses would be honest enough to tell a customer that. We saved a bunch of money in a time when we need every penny.
