Dan is a very professional house inspector. He has a passion for and takes pride in his work. We have a very thorough inspection performed by Dan in the house we are going to purchase, and he even offered to come back to have a second check after the leaking problem found is fixed. The seller of the house is also impressed by the report and considers using Dan for his future house purchase as well!

As a first time home buyer I was quite nervous about the process of going through a home inspection especially given the number of home improvement shows where an improper inspection seems to be the cause of the homeowners issues. But let me tell you Chris from Odds On Home Inspection Services put me at ease right away. Not only did he do an incredibly thorough inspection but also took the time to answer my questions and listen to my concerns without once becoming impatient with me. When the inspection was complete he went through the his report with me again taking time to answer additional questions and I had the fully completed report in my inbox by the time I arrived back home. Chris came out on his day off to do this for us and did an incredibly thorough job. I had the chance to walk around with him towards the end of his inspection and he was very friendly and even helped me locate some ductwork in the walls that we plan to take out during a reno. He walked me through all of the areas of concern at the end and then submitted his detailed report within a couple hours of leaving. I would highly recommend Chris for any home inspection services in the future.
