The team did a great job turning this kitchenette into a full kitchen dream. They worked through uneven walls and floors to make it look great.

I had an issue with water seeping into my dry wall from the base of my shower. George from the company contacted me and came over to my house a few days after. He helped me figure out the source of the leak, fixed the problem and patched up the drywall. He also provided me with suggestions to avoid this problem again in the future. They are an amazing company. They will provide you with an honest opinion and won’t try to take your money you for something doesn’t need to be fixed. I highly recommend CDA. It’s hard to find a general contractor you can trust.

Work well done. Rating would have been a 5, but they forgot some tools and needed to return for a second visit, which they did as promised 2 days later.

George and Mark were fantastic workers! They’re very professional and very knowledgeable. They’re very pleasant to have around the house with. I will definitely call them for any repair I will need in the future. Very highly recommended!

I heard about these guys through a friend who swore by the quality of their work. When they came, I was not disappointed at all. First of all, when they want to come, they call you when they are heading out. If they are going to be late, they update you and then they actually arrive as promised. I had asked for other roofers just for a quote, some didn’t show up, some showed a few days later, one did show up then kept promising for 2 weeks he’ll send me a quote till I gave up and all of them came and immediately told me I needed to change my entire eaves trough without even climbing a ladder. Mark and George came the first day with a high ladder, not as high as they would have liked, but high enough to detect the problem. They described it for me in detail and told me exactly what needs to be done and they openly and honestly told me I didn’t need to change the whole system. They came exactly on time on the day of work and completed the job. He gave me a receipt and guaranteed the job for two years and on top of that added some extra screws to the system. The charge was so reasonable, my friends were surprised. It is not often you get people that are so honest and decent and know exactly what they are doing. Needless to say I’m passing their info on to everyone I hear who needs roof work. Thanks so much Mark and George!

Very happy with the work that was done. My bathroom looks amazing. George and Mark were a pleasure to have in my home. I would definitely recommend their work to anybody who needed home renos. Love it.

A drainage pipe had a leak on the top floor which ruined the ceiling in the room underneath. After having the pipe fixed I had George come in and repair the ceiling and paint the room. He did excellent work on the ceiling as well as the painting. I have used him many times in the past and will use him again in the future to build an overhang over the front door.

It was a sincere pleasure working with George and CDA Home Improvements. Not only was George diligent and conscientious when it came to the planning of the project and the choosing of the materials, he was kind enough to help us through the material selection process in person on his own on multiple occasions. In short, he really shows that he cares about not only finishing the job, but the overall level of satisfaction of the customer.
We could not be happier with our new front yard which involved removing concrete, laying stone, building a a stone wall, building a fence and turning what was once an eyesore into a prominent aesthetic feature for our home for years to come.
I really came out of this experience believing that CDA Improvements will be our number one choice of contractor for any upcoming projects for the overall worksmanship and the personal touch. George is a pleasure to deal with and we look forward to having him back in the future.

I am very satisfied with the work that George and his crew performed renovating the kitchen. He is not satisfied with just getting the work done but expects to meet his high quality standards.
There was a problem with an uneven floor and rather than just tile the floor as is he worked at the installation until he floor was level.

As a side note, George also installed windows in a basement apartment. there was water damage in the plaster walls. he not only installed the windows but fixed the wall as good as new. Again he worked at it until it met his high standards.

i have no problem recommending George for renovations, flooring or windows.

We are very pleased with the cabinetry and counter top that George Kokkotas has done. The finishing touches are beautiful and we love the colour. We love the backsplash that is the same as the counter top.
