My experience was amazing, from the moment I contacted the company and talked to Sid until I said good bye to Gerry the installer. This job was not an easy one ,my house is 117 years old so every window needed special attention and an expert installer. Sid stayed in contact with me the whole time to make sure everything was going well and he even came by during the install.
My only advice is to do some research on windows, learn the terminology , figure out what kind of windows will work for your house and what design and colour you want before you start contacting window companies.

I just got my windows replaced with the help of sunny and his team. The guys did an exceptional job with such clean work. The crew were professional and really knew what they were talking about when it came to windows and installation. My family and I were looking to replace our windows and door, we had a handful of quotes but with very little detail and information.

From start to finish we had a great experience with Sid and Sunny. They helped us with choosing the right door for our house and communicated with us throughout the process, so we know what to expect. Their installer Shawn was very efficient and knowledgeable. Installation process was smooth and professionally done. My neighbors were so impressed with their work, they decided to use them to replace their doors as well.

From start to finish, this was an absolutely seamless experience. In these lockdown times it can be hard to get good help and given that we needed all of our home's windows replaced it seemed like a mountain to climb to even know where to start.

We recently got our window replaced. The windows and service were great. Sid helped us pick the best windows that were suitable for our needs. He gave us time to think and select. I am extremely satisfied with the quality and service. I would recommend him to my family and friends in the future. A job well done!

Even during COVID, getting a new sliding door with mini blinds through this company was a piece of cake. After acquiring 3 estimates (well one company wouldn’t even offer an estimate because they were too busy to talk to me), I decided to go with Lifetime given how patient Sid was with all of my inquiries. He always replied promptly and provided extra info I needed on manufacturers or other specs. Only hiccup was we didn’t realize the height of a “standard” door is quite low, especially for a 6’2” man so just double check all your measurements before placing final order.

Was provided with excellent service. Sunny is knowledgeable and provides advice through the door selection process. The installation team did a great job getting the new door in! Overall, happy with the service.

Sid was top notch when it came to the first point of contact. He was very thorough in our quote and meeting him in person helped us decide 100%. He wasn't pushy or trying to oversell us. His quote was very very reasonable and his guys who came to install the windows and doors were amazing. They were there to work and get the job done efficiently and good quality. Our house is very old and these guys knew what they had to do to get our "custom" measured windows in the right way. They also were able to re-use our original shutters which is not an easy job as they're also custom sizes. I wouldn't use anyone else and would definitely go with Sid again.
Adding to why we choose Lifetime is because they did have several options (styles, colors, etc) We were not overwhelmed and appreciated that Sid offered his opinions at times since he's the expert.
