Federal Relocation Services is top-notch in their operations. I recently moved from my childhood home in Maine to Virginia because of a job offer. I have never had to hire a moving company but I asked some friends about how to go about it, they mentioned Federal Relocation and I kept it in mind. I’m glad I ended up going with them because they had the best price for my move among the other places I called and I had no inconveniences of any kind, can’t say enough about these guys!

In the past when I had to move to a new state I had a great deal of difficulty because when it was crucial to contact the movers they were nowhere to be found. Federal Relocation Services provided me with excellent customer service and anytime I had a question they were available as long as their office was open. I didn’t need to contact them very much as they showed up on time, they reassured me that my items were in good care - and they were! They arrived exactly as scheduled and if I move in the future I know who I will be going with.

When I called them I was greeted with a friendly staff member who walked me through the process and what to expect. I was sold, I booked my move and to my delight they arrived right within their given time frame and treated my furniture and belongings as if it were their own.

Recently we changed our sewing office from Miami to Orlando. Around 15 people worked here. And 20 sewing machines. I knew about Federal Relocation Service from my friend and hired them immediately for moving my office. They came next morning and we agreed about the price quote. Reasonable fee. They load all our sewing machines and some other items to their vehicle. They did that very carefully . I didn't get tension at any time because of the.

We moved into our new office space yesterday thanks to Federal Relocation Services who made the whole process a breeze. The crew was very careful with our supplies and furniture and worked efficiently to complete the job in one day. They got all our furniture properly wrapped up in blankets, helped safely pack up our electronics, took down our mounted whiteboards, and maneuvered a huge conference table down our tiny spiral staircase, definitely not an easy task. They even helped take down the ethernet cables and routers that were up 15 ft high on our walls. I'm very pleased with my experience with this service and will be telling my associates about it for now on.

I have had issues with moving companies in the past, but from our initial consultation, I could tell that this company knew what professionalism meant. The crew of 7 that arrived were gentle with her, while helping the rest of us get the remainder of her belongings packed and loaded. They were efficient and hard workers and didn’t play any games. I was very impressed with their work.

I was moving and was in need of a moving company. I was lucky to be recommended to the Federal Relocation Services company by a friend. Their service is superior. They were able to give me an appointment quickly, and were very professional and kind on the phone. When the movers came on moving day, they worked quickly and very carefully in helping me pack my items into their vehicles. I was glad that all my items arrived without any damage, and nothing was taken. My only complaint was that the delivery of my items were slightly delayed. However, their service definitely made up for it, and I would definitely use them again in the future if I ever need to move again.
