I chose Rugs.ca because I believed it was a Canadian company. They have a Canadian address but not one Canadian location. When the rug that I bought -that I thought was Red and turned out to be pink - I tried to send it back. It had to be shipped to South Carolina - the closest location to Toronto. I contacted the company to ask about a Canadian location and there isn't one. What a sham. The return cost me over $150.00, so although they are promising that I get my money back, trying to return the rug was costly.

I stumbled onto Rugs.ca on line, looking for a traditional carpet for our living room. Their web site is one of the most comprehensive I've seen. Lots of information and photos of carpets from various angles, with dimensions and cost Free shipping and very fast delivery by Fedex. They also employ a full-time phone information/customer service. Offer, no hassle 30 day returns. We couldn't be happier it is a large rug and looks terrific. It was a pleasure dealing with a company that genuinely seems to care about customer satisfaction. I would use them again and recommend them to friends and family in a heartbeat.
