Daly Home Comfort

My furnace stopped blowing hot air so I called Brae, as I had used him in the past for an old furnace. He was here in 30 mins and had the issue diagnosed and fixed quickly! Couldn't be happier with how quick and professional he was. Would recommend him to anyone!

Woke up and noticed the temp below set temp. Didn't want to take a chance with the -29 temp outside. Call Brae at 8.15am, Said he'd be here between 9-11, and he arrived at 9am. He checked a bunch of stuff and discovered a sensor issue. So quick, easy fix, but he said if once he left, the temp still recover in a few hours, give him a call back and he'd pop back in. Ive used Braes company 2x now. Brae is prompt, knowledgeable, friendly, and he doesn't sell, or upsell unnecessary services, and ge answered all my questions. He's going to be my go to, for my next furnace and/or aircon. Fantastic company.

My one year old furnace stopped blowing heat and eventually shut complete off early in the morning. I called Brae who had installed the system and I explained the situation. By mid morning, he came by, check the unit and found it needed a blower motor. Within a two hour span, he ordered a new motor, picked it up, and had it installed. The new motor was covered under warranty which made me an even happier customer.

Amazing service. Brae answered the phone right away on a hot humid Sunday morning. Let me know he'd be here by 11, and was half an hour early. Took all of 10 minutes to identify the problem, and he had the part he needed in the van. Fabulous service, super fair price, highly recommend. Thank you Brae!

When i think of Brae and his team I think of integrity. Ovee the last 10 years he has fixed our furnace and ac and then when they needed replacing (both roughly 20 years) he gave us a fair price, in a fast time. No mess no fuss no worry... I would highly recommend Daly Home Comfort

Response time was fast; humidifier was installed efficiently and at a reasonable price. Very professional and personable, answered a lot of questions not only about the humidifier but also the furnace, A/C, water heater etc. Will use Brae when needed to service those as well.

Both furnace & AC were at end of life. We have used Daly Home Comfort for several years and always found Brae to give excellent service so asked for a quote along with 2 other firms.
