Brae and his team were effective and professional, replacing my dead furnace within a span of a few hours. He returned personally when we noticed issues with our smart thermostat. Their level of service was beyond my expectations and I would highly recommend them.

Great service. Prompt arrival. Very knowledgeable and will advise what's best before any work is to be done. Responds to texts/calls fairly quickly. He's my go to HVAC guy. I've recommended him to other with I've gotten the same feedback. I won't hesitate to recommend him to anyone.

Found Brae Daly online trying to avoid major heating and cooling company. Very happy with the honest and knowledge service he provides. Would be happy to refer him to any family and friends. I independently verified his licensing on the TSSC website and it is current.

Read the one negative review he has which appears purely related to frustration over a gas shutoff. Having experienced a gas shutoff before I know how this feels, but in hindsight recognize why it needed to be done. Any reputable gas technician will have done the same thing. Brae is not your guy if your looking to circumvent safety regulation.

I never leave reviews, but this is my first review and Brae was great. He provided me with a new furnace humidifier and installation with a great 10 year warranty on the unit. He is very helpful and knowledgeable and very quick at responding and getting the job done. Great work Brae. I've booked another job with Brae already.

My first experience with Brae was excellent. It's a pity other trades people don't provide good service. He was thoughtful enough to notify me that he was running late (15 minutes), and the job was done efficiently and professionally. Payment by visa was a breeze, and I received an electronic receipt at the same time. Brae even offered advice on our non functioning air conditioner. I will definitely use his services again.

I am completely satisfied with the service Brae has provided me. As an owner of 6 properties - 3 of which are vacation properties Brae has always been fast to tend to all our furnace, air conditioning and fireplace needs! He is prompt, responsive and explains what he is doing and why very well. He has extensive knowledge on the field which makes me assured it's getting done right and to code. He doesn't cut corners. When it comes to safety and installing correctly Brae is an expert. He has tended to furnace break downs, air conditioner break downs,conditioning installation, propane BBQ installation, propane fire place installation and more. He is very fast with replying to needs and gets work done promptly-- which I need. I have referred him to my parents, friends and other landlords all who feel the same way I do. A+ service overall. I wish other services could be this good!
