We thought it was going to be a much bigger job, but when Rick came over he actually talked us out of much more expensive repairs and just focused on replacing an old laurndry sink with a new one.

He was punctual, professional, flexible. We we finally get around to re-doing our bathroom Rick will be the first person we call.

Rick treated my home as if it were his own - he always took care and cleaned up after himself. He was extremely knowledgable, took time for explanations to us and made sure the job was completely finished. I contacted Rick after reading the reviews on the homestars website. His work and customer service was exceptional. My husband and I are extremely happy with the work done. We very much enjoy the steam shower that he installed for us. Our entire ensuite was renovated by adding a double sink, steam shower and clawfoot tub. We would recommend him for his workmanship, honesty and attention to detail. We look forward to working with him again when we renovate our kitchen.

Prompt, polite, knows his plumbing and kitchens, looked at my stiff kitchen faucet for free, hung around for 30 minutes while we went looking for a new one, didn't charge us for that. Installed the new one.

Identified why my shower was banging within 10 seconds. Fixed it, no problem.

We found Rick through this site and we decided to contact Rick (Harris Bath & Kitchen) as I liked his reviews and that he responded to them. It was the best decision we made! Rick has great costomer service and does exceptional quality work. He worked with us to make sure everything was as we wanted along with his own input. He takes great pride in his work and his reputation. The bathroom is now my favorate room. We will be contacting him for our kitchen project without question.

Rick contacted me after I posted on the homestars forum. He gave me a ballpark estimate over the phone, then we arranged for a time for him to come by and do the work. He was on time, on price and did a great job. He was also extremely professional and courteous, a real pleasure to deal with. Typically he does larger jobs, so we were very lucky to have him come out just to connect 2 sinks and drainage. I would not hesitate to use him again if I have any other jobs.
