Tron Electrical & Lighting Automation

We got Tron to do a number of electrical jobs that had been accumulating at our house. They were prompt, helpful, knowledgeable and skilled. We will definitely call them again!

Fast response and excellent service. There was however a small scheduling error. They double booked and had to rebook us. Happy with the result though.

John from Tron showed up quickly even for the small job I had. He completed it in no time at all and even provided some helpful suggestions on how to program the digital timer switch he installed.

I accepted the quote even though I felt it a little pricey. John was great and very knowledgeable. The next day, I found I couldn't get the plug into the upper part of the outlet. I called Ralph, customer service, to let him know I felt it was defective and he gave me a little bit of a hard time. He told me to call Joseph who was wonderful & made me feel better. He was able to come 2 days later & replaced it confirming it was defective. If not for a disappointing experience with customer service I would have given a much better review!

Ralph from Tron Electric responded to my request for an estimate that I posted on Homestars within an hour of me posting it. Tron sent their best guy to conduct an estimate and I had an estimate the same day and was able to accept the quote that same day. Within days I had a crew in my house and they completed the job with the utmost professionalism. Not only did they do what I asked they discovered a fault during the install that took an hour to locate and rectify. They were extremely professional and worked the problem step by step, the fault persisted and they continued to try numerous attempts at fixing it, until they found the problem and fixed it. Very impressive.
