Dan recently repaired the deteriorating crown on our home's chimney. Not a big project, but Dan did a through job and the work was well done. Communication was good and the work was done on schedule.

I approached Dan with a small project but needed it completed as soon as possible. Dan returned my call right away and came out to quote the project that afternoon. Once I accepted the quote, he was able to squeeze me in to his schedule and completed the job within my time limit. I was very happy with his work and appreciated the accommodation of my request. Would absolutely recommend Dan Hatten.

Needed two small windows bricked in in our 30 year old. Dan was able to match the bricks up pretty close and it looks amazing. They did an amazing job, left no mess and were very easy to talk to. We will use Hatten Masonry again for sure and we would recommend them to anyone who needs any kind of masonry work for sure.

Dan completed 3 structural cutouts with permits on my home. He was given detailed specifications from the engineer, and executed them perfectly. Dan had a reasonable price, showed up when he said he would, and all of his work passed inspection by the city. He also cleaned up after himself and provided pictures that we used for the inspection.

I was very happy with Dan's work, and would recommend him for anyone looking at masonry work.

My chimney was crumbling and needed new bricks for the top section. Also a section of my cement porch was completely cracked under a supporting post. Both issues were fixed quickly and properly. Very happy with the work.

Daniel and his crew worked efficiently, cleanly and quickly. They arrived on time and were very pleasant. Stephanie and I were extremely pleased with the final result; we now have the best chimney on the street! We have used Hatten Masonry for both our investment properties and our own home. Dan and his crew came when they said they would, got the job done and cleaned up afterward. I am so happy to have my fireplace chimney all fixed up and working properly again, with a new stainless liner system installed. They replaced the cement collar on top as the old one was cracked and worn, and put in a better cleanout door at the bottom along with new parging around the bottom of the chimney. It looks great. The blending and arrangement of the colours of the flagstones enhances our entrance way and curb appeal. The professional quality of this project has increased the value of our property. Two window sills needed to be replaced. The work was carried out in Avery timely fashion and to an excellent standard.
