Excellent work! From the time I made the call and told them that it was an emergency, had a leak into the hallway, Ken showed up at my door in a couple of hours and scheduled the work to begin the next day.
I watched the two men on the roof work together, in sync and harmony. They worked over and above, (no pun intended). Even though the temperatures in the afternoon were very high,
these hard working men insisted on the completing the job, and finished hot and exhausted with a smile on their faces. I was very impressed.

Southwood Roofing was recommended to me my by sister for having done a good job on her house, the month before. They truly delivered.

Work was completed in one day. Damaged roof sheeting was replaced, used underlay, drip edge, and replaced all vents.

Was very happy with the quality of the workmanship and materials. No issues at this time.

South Peaks’ team stripped tho old shingles off, put on the new roof as perfectly as could be and cleaned up our yard.
All of the work was done in only 2 and 1/2 days. We were very impressed with the speed, quality of work and
cleanliness.
We have had many days since of 100km/hr winds, some up to 120+ without any wind damage.
We would highly recommend them.

I've used South Peak Roofing twice now for two separate homes. I've been pleased with how quickly they respond to any information requests I've had. They listen to my concerns and take the time to get things right. They are good at giving me different options and explaining what work they will be doing so that I know what I'm getting. With my siding repairs, they paid particular attention to making sure they had the right colour match for whatever pieces they were replacing.

My experience with South Peak Roofing & Exteriors was nothing but positive and I would highly recommend them to anyone wanting a first-class job. The job I needed done was to have my House, Garage, and Shed roofs re-shingled. When I called to request a quote the person I spoke to was Rich. He was very nice and personable and was able to meet at a time that worked best for me. During our meeting he took the time to understand what my unique needs were and was able to come up with a plan that exceeded my expectations. I received a quote a day later and after accepting it Ken gave me a time frame on when they could start. The day before the work was to be done they loaded our roof with the new shingles and brought all the supplies and materials needed to do the job. On the day they started working a crew of five guys were here first thing in the morning and these guys were the hardest workers I ever seen. They all worked together as a team and each knew what they had to do and were able to complete the whole job in two days. After the job was completed I met again with Rich and went over what was done. Then around a month after the work was completed I received my warranty in the mail. All in all, I couldn’t be happier. My roof looks amazing and I can rest assured knowing that a good job was done. As for the specifics of the work that was done.

1. They removed and disposed all old roof material.
2. Identified and replaced any damaged plywood.
3. Put down full roof synthetic underlay.
4. Put down ice & water shield on eaves, valleys, and penetrations.
5. Installed new vents and drip edges on eaves.
6. Installed colored metal valleys and flashing.
7. Installed CertainTeed shingles with manufacture warranty.
8. Cleaned up working area making sure to leave no garbage behind.

When we purchased our house a few years ago the home inspector noted the condition of our roof and estimated we had two to three years before we had to replace the shingles. So early on we started looking into our options. We were approached by several roofing companies, including a number who had spoken to the previous owner. After comparing the quotes, reading the reviews and looking at some of the completed work we decided to go with South Peak Roofing & Exteriors. I’m so glad we did. They replaced our roof in a single day. And by the time they were finished it was already dark and I saw them walking around with a touch cleaning up after themselves. The quality of work and professionalism that Rich, Ken and the crew displayed from pre-sales to installation to post-sales is exceptional. I can’t ever see myself using any other roofing company after this experience.

Ken and all the guys he had working for him were professional and helpful at all times. The quote that he presented personally, answering all my questions along the way, turned out to be considerably lower than the other 2 companies that I contacted and that I feel added a 'woman tax'. K
