Arthur and his crew were super reliable and responsive to my request. They showed up as early as 8 am as they promised to our home. They delivered the service as they promised for the proposed job.
They did not waste any minute of their time or my time on my roof and got the job done promptly.
Since I had kids, they make sure of the safety as well.
They made sure to go over the driveway numerous time to check nothing was left behind.
Also, Arthur was very honest with some of the recommendations for my roof for resolving previous leeks. He did not seek for only benefit of his company but recommending what was best for me.
Additionally they had great humor.
I would definitely recommend these guys for the roof.

The company had a quick response time, and the service was satisfactory. Arthur Outlined the issue on the roof and presented some pictures before and after pictures once the job was done.

HSR responded quickly to my request for a repair quote. They came in with a very competitive price, did a great job and even removed a old set of Christmas light wire that was stuck near the roof.

Even though my home is a semi, it was a 2 day job because the guys discovered 7 layers of shingles that had to be removed!! Very laborious work and I was not charged extra for the added labor. I was given a quote the very next day that we connected and it was a thorough, non rushed inspection. Very very reasonable price (I had 4 other quotes from respectable companies) and I am extremely happy. Exceptional clean up and my neighbours on either side were happy as well. Even though I am a female without much roofing knowledge, I did not feel that he took advantage of that fact; I trusted Arthur and was not disappointed. 5 star
