installed a trap door to catch the varmint once gone. we placed a sausage one day, and bacon two days later. it finally came out on day 4 with three little raccoons. it probably was female, gave birth before trap was placed and left when it was ready. the trap being set was excellently constructed. service paid same day ; still awaiting receipt.

I spoke with Danielle who was very accomodating in explaining the procedure to me and ensuring I understood and was prepared for the treatment they would perform.

The technician was very fast and polite and quickly explained what he was going to do, and how the treatment would work.

When all was said and done, we paid right there on the spot.

We had two species of ants in our home this spring, they were prompt and clear about what their process was. They booked us in a timely manner. The spray was done on may 14th, no live ants have been seen since. Overall very satisfied thus far, they also have a 3 month plan in case the critters return in that time slot.

They arrived promptly at the scheduled time and worked through our mouse problem with us. After examining the inside and outside of the house they were able to give good advice as to where the problem areas were, and what we should focus on. In addition to placing bait traps, they were able to recommend some work we could do ourselves to improve the situation for the future. So far all is working out well.

They will make a follow-up visit in a few months. But for now we have been very happy with the service!

Colin arrived right on time. He had a good look around both inside and outside of the house. We had to be out of the house while he did the treatment and then for an additional 6 hours. Colin determined that we were dealing with pavement ants. His treatment was very thorough and we have not seen an ant since. He will be coming back near the end of May to check up on things. Colin is very professional and explained things to us really well as well as taking the time to answer all of our questions. He represents his company really well. I would not hesitate to call GO! Pest Control again.

Go pest control went above and beyond to help my family out with a mouse problem in our home. Not only were they quick to reply to my email, they were quick to call to book an appointment, to show up, and assess the situation. They have years of experience so they know the exact spots to target and fix. They are also friendly, outgoing, easy to deal with, funny which massively helps in a stressful situation like this.
