Full replacement of eavestroughs and downspouts. Once booked the installer came by that evening to inspect the site and take his measurements. Installation was completed within a couple of hours and the workmanship was very high quality and we're very happy with how it all looks and works now. They disposed of the old materials and left the jobsite very clean. Our only issue was the long delay (~3 months) to get the materials from their supplier. Clearly many companies and industries are having problems with their supply chains these days, so that's probably not unique to our situation. The installer was in weekly contact with us to update us on the shipment, so that managed our expectations and at least kept us informed. Overall a very good experience despite the delay.

I had a small water leak through my siding on one wall. Mark was very responsive. The source of the leak was found. The original siding was poorly installed. The job was completed to my satisfaction by a knowledgeable crew.

The price is a bit high but the workmanship is excellent! plus some additional works to improve my house such as add on a metal wood capping to my old garage door frame and replaced my old half broken motion light to my back yard, replace an old downpour pipe to match the new siding in the front.

This is the third time I have turned to Mark and Kaloozie for assistance, and, as previously, they came through!
This time, it was a blow-out in one of my eavestroughs, pouring water out all over my side yard every time it rained.
The eavestroughs were replaced in a timely manner. The work was well done. The property was left clean. The installers were courteous and professional.

Kaloozie Comfort promised and delivered. We took Mark’s advice and decided to not just fix the bad water damage on some spots, but renovate and upgrade the siding of our house completely. The water damage was greater than we thought, hiding rotted wood, black mold and carpenter ants. Donald and Eric are very skilled and detailed oriented, worked extra hard to finish the project to our satisfaction. I would highly recommend Kaloozie Comfort.

Had a soft spot appear in our siding (original from 1988) under a south-facing window, and asked for quotes to fix it. Was concerned that we'd have to replace all of the siding. Mark from Kaloozie inspected all the siding and decided the rest was in very good shape, so gave a quote only for the one side with new canexel siding. His team came in, found the problem was caused by moisture damage to the framing from a bad window replacement job, and gave a reasonable estimate to repair/replace the framing (included handling an ant nest that had moved in), and managed everything with no delay. Very pleasant people to deal with, and extremely competent and communicative. The result was fantastic. We have no problem recommending them!
