Jeremy and his assistant showed up on the appointed day. My wife, who is a very picky gardener, went out and pointed out what she thought needed to be done to the various trees and bushes in our yard, then left for her appointments for the day. But before she left, she expressed her confidence in Jeremy, said " he knows what he is doing". They worked for several hours, pruning several bushes, and with the biggest job, our elm tree, climbing up into it, clearing the interior and raising the canopy. All in all, it was a superb job of pruning and great cleanup afterwards! My wife was very pleased with all the pruning, and particularly commented on the manner of pruning of our lilacs and cherry tree. Thank you, Jeremy! You are now our go-to tree person, extraordinaire!

Jeremy and Max arrived on time and took no more (even less) time than anticipated. They were very efficient and the clean up after was great. I highly recommend Jeremy and his company. From the time I had him out to give me an estimate to today, I was impressed with his professionalism.

Jeremy arrived -quote was very reasonable-we agreed on the spot and the tree was taken down-all under a half an hour (included was the return trip-after ground unfroze) to grind the stump. Work was complete -ground raked and returned to original state,questions answered-best service ..ever.

Jeremy was great to work with.. my backyard was cleaned up nearly the next day after asking for their team to quote. They were out and did a quick estimate and I gave the ok and it was cleaned up the next day..

Even more signs of their great customer service are this - they left a number of bagged leaves as I didn't mention to take them, and I and they were over next day to clean them up too along with a few other things.. I can't say enough positive things about them and would recommend them to anyone.

Jeremy was great to deal with. Very quick on the spot quote. Tree was very tall and close to the house so I was a bit nervous but I had nothing to fear. Everything went perfectly and yard was left very clean.

I secured 4 quotes for the removal of a dead birch tree from my property. Open Canopy provided the best quote (at nearly 1/4 of the highest quote!!) and delivered excellent service. They were easy to deal with on scheduling, arrived on time, performed all of the work quoted and even helped me out with some additional minor cutting at no cost. They were very professional and left the yard quite clean. Will definitely use open canopy in the future for any of my tree service needs.
