Cal Alta Project Management

I met Mike at Cal Alta through work he is a client of mine. I was telling him that I would love to have my basement developed but have a very limited budget to do so. Mike explained to me what he does and they his business renovates a lot of basements each year. He explained that if I can be flexible with my finishings that he can get it done at a low cost. The timeline was 8 weeks and thinsg look great. I was suprised that for such a low budget that I could get such a high quality product. Now I have my own space to watch football.

I hired Cal Alta to paint my condo prior to renting it. I own several rental propeties and it is a good source of revenue and long term investment. I want to protect my investment. I know Michael the owner of the business very well and I trust him and many of the people I do business with do as well. Condo looks great and the crew returned to do free touch ups for me.
