My garage needed a panel replacement. I made several calls to garage repair companies, with First Responders Inc. being the 3rd call. Zack had me send photos of the damage and immediately responded with a quote for the replacement. The technician's, was very friendly and efficient. The panel was replaced and like new within an hour. I was very pleased with the customer service, repair cost, and quality of the repair. I highly recommend First Responders Inc. and wouldnt hesitate to call them again if needed.

My garage door spring busted on a Thursday night. I contacted Trinity on Friday and they were able to schedule me for Saturday. I was in contact with Zack nd he was actually able to come earlier. He was knowledgeable and professional and handled the job in no time having the garage door working back to normal before the original estimate time of appointment. No issues now and seems to be working more smoother and quieter than before awesome job and service!

I had a garage door no longer closing, which is always an emergency. Zack answered the phone quickly and had a technician who was out quickly and who identified the loose wiring immediately and fixed it. The charge was fair and I am very grateful!

Price was $960 for 1 broken spring, 2 cables, 2 springs, 2 rollers. This was same day service not overnight. Iggy did the job well but way overpriced. Calling around I know we overpaid by at least $600. I am disappointed in myself for not getting a second quote.

Terrible service. I called this company December 23rd ... had a broken garage door. They sent somebody out immediately. When they got here told me I had to purchase two garage doors and needed to put down $1,000 deposit. I went ahead and gave them only $400 and I have not heard from them since. I have been calling them and trying to track them down. When I did speak to them they tell me that they're going to show up in a couple of weeks this never happens. So now for the last 4 weeks I haven't heard from them and they will not return my phone calls ...all I want now is my $400 back

The garage door was not opening fully using the remotes or the touchpad. We contacted First Responders Inc. Garage Door and the problem was solved the same day! He came and fixed our garage door right away. This company is efficient and responsive. He immediately knew what the issue was. He did an amazing job he replaced the sensors and the touchpad. Very pleased with their service and would recommend them to anyone who needs garage repairs or service!

They have outstanding customer service. After getting all my technical questions answered over the phone, He was quite helpful with identifying the specific opener we wanted. He put us on the schedule only a few days later with plans for a morning appointment. They arrived as expected, and these two gentlemen were the best! They explained the work, made a clean installation, verified all systems were functional, and answered questions completely. First Response Garage Door Repair Company is a first-class operation. Their prices are very competitive and you will be satisfied with their work. It is no surprise they have been in business for few years.

My partner and I called First Responders Garage Door Repair company due to a broken garage door. they came right out, they were on time, the gentleman who worked on our door was very polite, efficient, cleaned everything up when he was done and explained what he had done. The price was a few dollars less than was quoted on the phone. I would highly recommend them and I will use them every time I have a garage door issue.
